We have a 30 acre tree farm located at the base of Sugarloaf Mt., away from roads, houses and people. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next fur-ever homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. We are as well associated with Buckeystown, Poolsville and Peachtree Veterinary hospitals.

I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. *It's finally cooler, and we got some rain! The grass is green again, and it's just been mowed as of 8/18.* We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include two different size jumps, a balance beam, a slide, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a little patio table if you'd like to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline. With the slide, not every dog can manage to get up it, so please just use your judgment and be safe 😁.

Welcome to our Clarendon Sniffspot! Our “dog park” is a fully fenced, grassy yard with enough room for fetch and zoomies! Amenities: We provide the following amenities for you and your pups: dog toys, fresh water, bug spray/sunscreen, and poop bags. Noises/Distractions: Our street is fairly quiet, but we are surrounded by apartment buildings so you may occasionally hear children playing or dogs walking by. Parking: Our driveway has space for 1-2 cars. You may park in the driveway. If for some reason the driveway isn't available for parking we'll inform you ahead of time! Street parking is permit-only weekdays from 8-5. You may not park in the lot next to the house, but there is also metered parking around the corner on Highland. Our fur babies love our space and we know yours will, too!

A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were. Summer note: Please bring bug spray and feel free to use the fan on the patio to help with the bugs and heat. Be sure to turn it off when finished.

Our home is down a quiet road that ends on a cul de sac, you may park in the driveway or the street. There are 2 available gates on either side of the house. Beyond the gates, you will find a basic family yard. Grass is trimmed. There's a play-set, a welcoming patio, and a few chairs around a fire pit. It's a great space to throw a ball or sit and let your dog explore. We do have neighbor dogs that may say hi at the fence. Message me if you need wifi or have any questions!
