Welcome to the Zoomie Zone! The Zoomie Zone was born out of our extensive dog rescue volunteer work and the benefits that a Sniffspot brings to those who have dogs, but don't have a yard for them to run in. Not all dogs are dog-park dogs (and not all humans properly supervise their dogs at dog parks - making it an unsafe place at times)! We deeply care about dogs being healthy and happy - and staying in their homes! All funds generated from our Sniffspot go right back into our dog rescue efforts (we foster, transport thousands of miles per year, coordinate adoptions/fosters, etc.) This private paradise is a doggie dream come true! Nearly an acre of fully fenced-in freedom awaits your pup to run, sniff, and zoom to their heart's content. With secure 5-foot no-climb fencing, you can relax knowing your furry friend is safe while they enjoy their grand adventure. Welcome to my beautiful fully fenced in yard! Located on 1/4 of an acre in the Hudson Valley, your pup will have a large private outdoor space to run, sniff and play to their hearts desire. Our home has a private driveway and plenty of street parking. We have a private gate entrance for guests, and a beautiful patio with comfortable lounge chairs under a shaded pergola for humans to enjoy while your pup plays with a yard full of toys! Need essentials? We’ve got you covered. Hose access and bowls for pup drinking water, a doggy first aid kit, pooper scooper, and trash can. Bug spray and sunscreen are also available for humans if needed. Our dog Crosby loves his yard and we’re so excited to share it with other dog lovers and dogs on Sniffspot! We have a wide open yard for your pups to zoom around and get a great play day in. 2 large trees for shade lounge chairs are available. Garden hose is available for dog dishes. Pooper scooper and garbage can available. Bin of sticks available for fetch other toys will be available.

Our spot is located right across the road from the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh! We have 1/4 acre fenced in backyard with regularly trimmed grass. About half of the yard is flat and the other half is on a hill. The hill is great for tiring out your pup! It backs up to a wooded area. There is a deck and a patio with furniture and umbrellas. We provide dog toys that are sanitized between visits. Please BYO water bowl/container- we do have a hose available for fill ups. Hope to have you for a visit soon! Overall, the spot is quiet but please read the detailed sections about people, dogs, and domestic animals that can be seen/heard from our spot prior to booking. This yard has had lots of love as it was previously Brooke's Bark Yard, a daycare and boarding facility. Fully fenced in, there is just an access point for the lawnmower to come in, and with someone there onsite for anything you need. Water, snacks, doggie bags, socialization, and more! (Or complete solitude, which is okay too!)

I have fenced in area with sitting bench. My yard gets mosquitoe joe sprays for ticks. Gravel area next to fenced in spot that is grass free. Back and side of the house hase huge open yard with picnic table. Great for distance run and throwing ball.
