We have one full acre fully fenced with 4' high goat/sheep woven wire fencing. About 1/3 of it is open grassy field and the other 2/3 is nice shady woods. We in the process of over seeding the field to make the grass more lush this spring. We have added a few surprises down in the woods to make it more fun for our guests and their fur babies. There is an open lean-to where there are dog toys like frisbees and balls availble. There is also be a cute backdrop as a photo op for the dogs.

***We just enlarged...doubled the size of our fenced in area! (Aug 2024). And added a picnic table, fire pit, bench & hammock! Our 1st pup together gave us such inspiration to do something for other pooches! This fenced in area is across the street from our main tiny home & is a private area for your pooch to run, play & of course SNIFF! Travelers...we are located, not far off of I77, near Seneca Lake, Senecaville exit. If you're traveling, it's a great place to pull off & let your dog have a break! Large rolling hay field with a beautiful tree line on 3 sides. Part of a working cattle farm with cows, horses, chickens, ducks, and goats. The field is cut twice a year, but there is 4 foot wide path around the parameter that is cut by a lawn mower regularly to maintain short grass perfect for walking, this is about a 1/4 mile around. The field is fenced, but the fence varies in escapability. The south side has wooden board fence, the west side (nearest the road) has woven wire, the north and east side have older barbed wire fencing reinforced with briar bushes (see photos). If you're feeling adventurous, there is a small section of woods, pasture land, and a creek to explore through the gate along the right corner of the field. *please shut and chain all gates upon entry*

Located in Wayne County on our 70 year old, 5 generation family farm. With a partial of 12 acres, part of 50+ acres owned by immediate family, there is fresh air and plenty of room to run and play. Consisting of 2 fields and partial wooded area, free from chemicals and pesticides, the fields of clover, Timothy, and alfalfa attract deer and other wildlife in the area. There is a creek that flows during the rainy seasons however, usually dries up during the dryer months.

The fence is slightly above the ground in some spots which may not be ideal for small pups who like to escape. There’s a gate that latches shut connecting to the driveway. Welcome to Raising Roots Farm! We just purchased this farm with big dreams to turn it into a community haven for years to come! Come bring your off lead trained pups to explore the farm before we move the livestock in, 10 acres of fenced pasture lead to the scenic overview of the Ohio River Valley. Follow the trail to the back of the property for your chance to spot some deer, turkey, or rabbits! The pastures are fenced with electric wire that is not in use as of yet (10/10/2024). Will update this posting once we’ve moved in livestock! For your dogs that need a more secure place to roam, our XL fenced back yard spot is perfect for our four legged friends who need some help to follow boundaries. 4ft chain link lines two sides and a wooden fence with gaps separates this yard from the pasture. Escape artist small-medium dogs WILL be able to escape this fence. As we get the farm established we’ll be adding flower fields and a food forest, as well as other furry farm friends! Our beloved Chicken Nugget is always available to pal around with other dog friendly pups if needed!

Dog paradise! Trails throughout, 3 acre lake, fenced in 24 acres. So much to do and explore. This is a natural area including woods and lake. Recall is still important. A great spot for recall training. We check fence regularly the best we can and I run 4x4 each morning to try and move out any wildlife. However It is such a large space if your pup does not stick with you. There could be times during day when we may miss if a critter has dug out under fence or branch has fallen. You know your dog(s) so use your best judgement if you feel they will be safe. It really is such an awesome space, we have learned after buying it is actually an old sandstone rock quarry! You will see lots a rocks throughout trails. Please watch steps for rocks and roots on trails. We have a small farmyard with ducks, chickens and pigs. They are fenced in their own area. Main trail in woods comes out behind the farm. If you are unsure of how dogs will react please leash while passing to ensure safety of all. We hope you and your dog(s) have the best time and enjoy 🐾 Hours- because of the way the property is set up we can only regularly open certain times. Regular hours M-F 8am-2pm Saturdays- will be open as we are able to, it will be sporadic as we typically are out working on property or with our dogs on weekends. Feel free to message if you would like me to let you know when we open on a Saturday. It will usually be 9-1-ish. I will try to give heads up as soon as I know we won’t be around 😀 thanks!

This property is a quiet country property nestled in city limits of Massillon. There are two acres of woods for walking your animal in addition to the acre back lawn. There’s a 300 foot long dog runner you can easily snap your dog to and then safely play fetch in a relaxing environment. There’s access to a hose for watering your pet. Feel free to bring camp chairs for viewing your pet run and play with lots of room to stretch the legs :)

Our Sniffspot has been referred to as Dog Heaven. We are in a remote area in the Appalachian Foothills of SE Ohio. We have farm roads, mowed trails and open fields you and your dog can enjoy, but the favorite place for most dogs is our pond. Our pond features a dock that dogs love to jump off of. There is also a large covered pavilion with tables and chairs. A basket of water toys is next to the dock. There is an outhouse there and well, it is primitive, but clean (unless the mice make nests, but I try to keep ahead of that) In dry weather the pond is accessible by vehicle but it is also a good walk for people and dogs, about 1/2 a mile from the parking area (and mostly uphill). This pavilion also has our "Sugar Shack" attached, which is where we boil down maple sap in February and March to make syrup. The Maple Grove is up a trail above the pond. **My dogs swim in this pond most days in the spring, summer & fall. The pond has an aerator and also is treated with Pond Blue, both of which help to eliminate the possibility of dangerous algae blooms. There is also no fertilization of fields that could run off into the pond. **

Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .

3/4 mile one way level trail along shallow pristine stream. The stream, provided no recent rain, is four inches deep and has to be forded at four spots. Fees are donations only and can be left at the roadside spring donation box. Before you can use the trail you must text Tom at 7402831010 for permission who will text you instructions and map.
