We have a wooded section with paths and an open area for running. It is not fenced, so dogs will need to be trained to come when called. I would ask that you stay on the trail as we do have neighbors and some of the woods belong to them. The front of the house is fenced, the visiting dogs will not enter this area.

We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool closes on October 9, 2024 and will reopen in April 2025. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round.

This is a very large fenced yard behind a single family home close to the end of a cul de sac. Back of yard is up against a small stream and a tree line. There is a small grassy trench that runs part of the yard so be careful if running with your dog! Roulette's Retreat - in honor of our dog who we lost to cancer. Conveniently located near Route 74 and Route 30. Fully fenced with 5ft chain link - the neighbor does have one dog that may be outside. Discover a Maryland woodland with your dog. Let your dog scramble up a rock wall - nature's parkour, while you soak in the beauty of a cathedral of oak trees. Watch your dog learn with a mirror at dog height, a PVC tube where you talk in one end and the dog listens on the other, start a tug of war on lariet rope, let your dog tumble after a ball on the green hill. Dogs experience the texture of river rocks, mulch, digging dirt, tall grass, rocks and a sometimes slippery mowed hill. Plenty sun and shade and seats. Members can expand on their experiences with use of the fire pit. Firewood is complimentary and I ask for a day notice. On request Members can also borrow the Resident Dog Beach Pass during their stay. This gives access to the Community private Cheapeake Bay Beach 0.4 miles down the street. On a personal note from your host, I was an AirBnB Superhost in downtown Annapolis running a dog-friendly place. When I moved to Pasadena I wanted to continue the tradition, of welcoming both sides of the leash.

I have a fully fenced back yard with a doggy pool and doggy toys, I have bowls of water outside and I hose you will have access to, i have a fully covered porch with a fan in side and sliding windows with tables and chairs you can watch your furry friends play, I also have drinks you can enjoy! The neighborhood has sidewalks for walks as well!

We are open to visitors using our 12 acres of open field space, 3 acre pond, almost a half mile of stream, and 3 acres of woods. Trails move you around the pond and up into the woods. There is a lot to do here and a plethora of activities for dogs and humans ranging from open field play and running, hiking, and water activities. Please follow the signs and do not disturb the owners at house. Beach area of pond has seating areas, hammock, and fire pit. There is also a seating area and rope swing. Visitors are not permitted to fish in pond. The Ridge Trail is a bit more difficult for older dogs and humans and/or people not in the best shape to hike. Proceed with caution. CERTAINLY, please take the map provided at the entry table.

Park in our driveway and explore the woods with your pup. Our trails are often muddy, especially when it’s been rainy, so come prepared. We are sure to keep our dog, Rosie, inside during your visit!

There is lots of space for your dog(s) to run, and ample room to play fetch. There is plenty of outdoor seating to relax while you watch your dog(s) play and explore. The back right corner of the yard has a play area with a playhouse, caterpillar tunnel, tire tunnel, climbing cube, climbing dome, car bed, the biggest tire you’ve ever seen, and hammock. We also have a bunch of dog toys, including several herding balls of various sizes. Part of our yard is shady and part is sunny. You get the best of both worlds. The pool is completely fenced off from the rest off the yard. You don’t have to worry about your dog(s) accidentally falling in. Our yard is handicap accessible. There are no stairs to climb. The entrance to the backyard is a flat grassy area. The gate leading to the back yard is wide enough for a wheelchair or power chair. The yard has a slight incline, but there are no major obstacles that would prevent a wheelchair from moving around. We are located in Sykesville, MD which is about 30 mins from Baltimore and Columbia. 15 minutes from Owings Mills, Ellicott City, and Westminster.

This is an extension of Tina’s Dog House SniffSpot, but for dogs who can play off leash in an open field & woods without full fencing. Or if you just want to walk your dog on leash. Approximately 4 acres including woods, the field borders only 2 neighbors with acreage & no dogs. There is no road or traffic. The property sits back off of a dead end road. You will access the field from the right side of the upper driveway before you get to the gate. Park in the grass and walk back over the hill behind the small garage. All of that area is mine too, but it’s also closest to neighbors. You’ll have more privacy and your pup will have less distractions if you go down back. You will be permitted to use the field beyond the fenced yard only, because there may be other SniffSpot customers paying for the fenced yard at the same time. If you have concerns about another dog being inside the fence, feel free to message me first and if it’s not booked, I can block the calendar for the time you want to use the field so no other dogs or people are here inside the yard. I do also have a small dog friendly BnB and on some days there may be other dogs here. I ask guests to keep their dogs inside during your visit. In spring, summer, & fall I will have a hose run down to the fence and water bowls for the dogs. I can provide some seating in the shade for you as well.
