We have a large pool where your dog can take a dip and cool off on a hot day. ( This is an add on). Our property also features a lush green grass area where your dog can play fetch or simply roll around in the grass. If you need a break from the sun, we have a covered patio where you can relax in the shade while your pup runs around. Property location is less a few minutes from the 10 freeway, which makes it the perfect location to let your dog get in some exercise, and have a potty break along your route without the worry of dirty pet areas at rest stops, or hazardous conditions at gas station parking lots. Your dog will be ready to nap and rest quietly after running and playing at this country sniff spot-which will enable you to continue traveling on to your destination. Have your dog’s birthday party on our lush green grass. Plenty of room for dogs to play and their humans to take pics and enjoy seeing the joy on their faces. The yard is absolutely secure and the dogs can feel free to use all of their senses to have an amazing time. Conveniently location less than 5 minutes from the 10 freeway, our spot makes for the perfect play space for your pup. During summer we offer water features including a mister, splash pad and wading pool. Extra shade is also set up for your comfort. There is an old swing set on property, that is a ‘use at your own risk.’ We keep it up because our dogs, and family members enjoy it, but before use your own discretion before using. Cold bottled water in outdoor frig for humans and fresh water in bowls for your pups. This is a country yard. I walk the property prior to every visit but guest should be aware to wildlife such as bugs, squirrels, gophers, hawks, skunks, snakes, etc. We hope you enjoy our yard. 😎 Complimentary Keurig coffee, hot chocolate, tea and cold bottled water available for all guests during your visit. Country and forest life, rolled into one! Located in Wildwood Canyon, near Wildwood Canyon State Park with beautiful large Ancient Black Oak Trees that tower over our spot for natural shade. We have been Sniffspot hosts for over a year and have even been featured in Sniffspot promotional videos for unique host properties and experiences, along with being a top spot. With a fully fenced area for your fur babies (big and small) to run and explore. While pup parents can sit and relax, walk around the grounds, take a hike on our small backtrail, or swing, it is perfect for pups, adults, and children to enjoy (especially during the summer and snowy months). If your fur baby needs water after so much excitement and play, please feel free to give them water (which is accessible throughout the property), so they have a restful trip home. ❤️ We take pride in giving our fur visitors the best possible experience, along with keeping their human parents in mind. We’re on a 1/3 of an acre in a quiet part of North Claremont. Lots of open grassy space but also lots of trees and shrubs and bushes to explore. Fully fenced and with seating for the “parents”. Easy no-contact access. There are two gates available to enter by, both visible and easy to access from the front yard. Free and abundant street parking on the cul-de-sac directly in front of the house.

Please see the pics for details :) **UPDATE 8/27/24** We are adding a log stump obstacle course for our furry visitors!!! Right now there are 9 stumps for your pooch to scale and enjoy. Stay tuned!! **UPDATE 7/25/24** We now have low-light solar powered lights installed for those who'd like to visit in darker hours!! Though you are encouraged to still bring flashlights:) Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is always beautiful, but is green from first rain until May or June, then brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! My newly renovated backyard of Decomposed Granite, Saint Augustine grass & mulch. The DG is great for dogs to run. We have 2 big trees which with or without leaves, provide shade. We have a hammock and 2 benches so you can enjoy them from anywhere on the property. We also have patio chairs placed at various locations in the yard. There are no plants in the yard. You are also welcome to explore the front yard as well and help yourself to a few oranges. My dogs love playing fetch in the 60 feet of area they can run .

Grand Re-Opening, 9/27/2024! Dear dog friends 🐕 (and your humans), Welcome to our "Way Back" Doggy Paradise! You will love our completely private, peaceful, and safe park for you and your people. "Way Back" is the back tandem portion of our property, where we love to run around, and we convinced our humans to share it with other doggy friends. Yay! You'll walk through our back yard (past the plastic people, aka mannequins-don't mind them), but please keep your leashes on until you get to our "Way Back" (your humans will explain what "way back" means), then your fun begins! We have lots of open field room for you to run and play. Zoomies expected. Please have your humans take pics so we can feature you on our page. 👍 We'll leave water and picked fruit (seasonally) or snacks for your humans, but let them be surprised. Shhhh. 😉 We are a pesticide and fertilizer free zone. Please make sure you're healthy and flea/tick free. Also. we are planning a future agility course, so please give us some ideas for that. Message about any blocked evenings to book. Amazing Sunsets! 1/2 acre manicured grass field on horse facility and farm. Water is outside of the field at the blue bucket. Feel free to dump the small metal pan to be sure no cross contamination with wildlife or other dogs. Field gates are “pasture style” they have a rubber loop on the bottom that the wood slides into and a rubber hook at the top to hold the top of the wood or bailing twine closure. **Foxtails seasonal present in parking area and along fence lines until removal and mulch spreading. Field is clear of most foxtails. Feel free to pull out any random foxtail grass that rears it’s ugly head.** **Please no interacting or touching the horses or other animals** **dogs on leash until all gates are closed and dog is secured on the field** **electric fence surround the horses** Contact for any questions or concerns! Separate gate entrance to the property and separate parking area from the rest of the ranch. Very private and peaceful area. Closed always Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings.

Entrance to the acre is the dirt/mulch field road just north of the residence driveway.  A quick call to me ~ 909-234-2072 ~ when you arrive for 1st time visits will help guide you into the Sniffspot - which is all the way back to the Sniffspot Sign 🪧 at the back of the entrance acre.  The entrance gate is to the right of the Sniffspot Sign. Close the gate tightly behind you when you enter. And be sure to close the gate tightly behind you upon your departure. I also request that you give me a quick text upon your departure. Our Alaskan Malamute and Siberian Husky also love running in this acre, and they love to dig, as do many of our Sniffspot pups! We try to fill in holes every few days, BUT PLEASE be extremely cautious of any holes. If we hadn't had time to fill them in, we usually would put a tall stick straight up right in the middle of the hole to help you determine where they may be. But because we are a farm, and this is one of our extra acre fields, there may be slight dips here and there. So agreeing to this reservation is a full and complete release of liability, so please don't fall! So far, so good, fingers crossed, nobody has yet.😊🌻 There may be foxtails at edges of some fencing. My Red Barn Chicken Coop🐤is inside the dog run acre and will be securely locked during your visit. If possible, discourage your pups from pouncing on the enclosed chicken run fences/doors. Totally understand if they do/try! Pups get a pass the first few times until their humans can train them not to do it. Our Husky and Malamute still need a good reminder every time they are enjoying the dog run acre : ) but once they get used to the fact that chickens are there, interest soon dwindles : ) We also have a few outdoor 🐈cats whom have adopted our farm to live at during the years (win/win as they help keep the field 🐁 mice in check, and they pretty much know to clear out of the field when pups are visiting!) There are three horses on a separate enclosed acre to the north of the dog run acre. The dark brown male is 🐎Shake, tan one is 🐴Classy, and the black and white one is 🐴Gypsy. And again, please thank you for discouraging the dogs from jumping on that fence. It has never been an issue in the past, so just a reminder :-) PLEASE NOTE: This Dog Run Acre is grassy/green with wildflowers 🌻 starting around December 1st - June 15th and dry/brown July 1st - November🏜. We enjoy our Sniffspot humans and pups year-round and have received wonderful reviews, whether it was the dry, hotter summer months, or the green, cooler winter months! We have an automatic water spicket 🚰 for the pups, tight left after entering the Dog Acre gate, then all the way back to the fence on the left, spicket sticking out through fence.  There will be several chairs 🪑set up in front of the chicken coop, with table, chairs, and table umbrella, and additionally a small table w/☂️umbrella provided under the pine trees. Bring drinks, snacks, toys, and enjoy! We suggest you book early mornings in the SUMMER months as there is shade under the pine trees 🌲up until around 11 a.m.  We are up before 7 a.m., so any time early is fine! 🌄 Please bring your own doggie poop bags!  Gather all poop and tie bags and place it in the waste bin at Sniffspot entrance.🗑 Please note that we do have security cameras placed in various positions around property, including at the sniff spot! We have caught many a coyote, mountain lion, dogs, and bobcats wandering around the chicken coop on these cameras and have been able to shew them away several times through the speakers! Enjoy! A dog’s paradise! A wrap-around backyard for dogs to run laps and play. The fully fenced park has a large pepper tree with a swing, a covered and shaded patio with an available hose and water bowls, and a long grass runway for multiple rounds of fetch and endless laps.

There is no greater joy than swimming with your pup❤️ This has been true in my life and I hope that you experience joy, happiness and lots of fun bonding with your amazing dogs. We live in a quaint neighborhood and have a beautiful pool for dogs and their humans to swim together. We have a nice sized shallow step and a step that circles both sides of the pool, Perfect for first time dog swimmers! You are welcome to swim with your pup and partake in the snacks and drinks provided. We have a separate restroom in the pool house for our guests. **Please Note: During the winter months we will not be able to heat the pool. We will heat the hot tub for an extra fee. My husband and I have lived in this gem for 2.5 years and have decided to open up our yard to people who need the space! For your dog: brand new automatic fence 8' tall on 2 sides (S, W) and 6' tall on the other 2 sides (N, E), a hose & dog bowl for water, a ball, a rope toy, and of course a poop scoop when your furry friend inevitably goes. For you: a gazebo for staying out of the sun and resting, cold drinks & snacks if requested, and a bathroom if you inevitably need it. Welcome to your new backyard!
