Sniffspot Welcome to Tell Tail Farm! A private 2 acre-fully fenced yard with horses and chickens coming home in spring of 2025. We have an additional 3 acres of woods and a pond that is UNFENCED at the back of the property that is accessible through a gate that you are also welcome to explore. We get plenty of wild animals in our yard and have dogs of our own so there are PLENTY! Of smells for your pets to enjoy. All humans and pets will stay inside for your visit unless requested otherwise. When we get a lot of rain, a small pond forms in the back of the yard (pictured) but it’s not there in the extreme summer heat. I have a kiddy pool, water bowls and a hose outside that is usable in the spring, summer and fall. Toys, poop bags, chairs for humans, a nice patio to sit on, picnic table, and a fire pit patio with string lights all available for use! Hand sanitizer is also available and if it rains, we will open up the garage for a rain shelter with chairs! We do not use any pesticides or fertilizer on our property but will spray for ticks in the spring and summer. We cut the grass 1-2x per week but even more in the spring to keep the grass super short and our house sits on top of a hill for added exercise. The location was very nice and clean and had plenty of space for our pups to run around in! The host had some toys out for the dogs that they could use and there was an easy to use water bowl and hose for the dogs! We'd definitely come back! There were some noises from motor bikes from across the street and maybe some construction that sounded like popping noises. Shouldn't bother most dogs!

Excellent first experience using sniffspot! Homeowners have done a great job securing the property. Sarah left a cute little welcome note and everything that you would need was available to us. The joy on our pups faces when they were first let off leash was priceless. We highly recommend this location. Note, the address marker is small. This is a busy road and we passed it twice. Arrival instructions were very easy to follow and when we arrived, there were chairs set out with toys, treats, water, and a sign welcoming my dogs by name 🥹 . So sweet! My older dog LOVES inspecting fence lines and found 0 issues! My younger guy got a kick out of all the space to play fetch! I am so grateful for the host - my older dog is leash reactive and it can be challenging taking her places with other dogs. Are small dog parks safe?

While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
