Our property sits 1200+ feet off of the main road and is a total of 28 acres. There are neighboring properties that are 50 acres and 80 acres so no close homes in most directions. We are located approximately 1 mile from West Branch State Park. The property has a clean swimming pond, a walkable forest area with some established trails that are currently covered with leaves. We are a working farm with about 8 acres of crops. There is a large 3 acre wheat field in the front great for ball throwing. The remaining non crop acres are walking paths with some cut grass and yard. We do not have any livestock but our neighbors have cows. There is a secure fence on one side of our property that keeps the cows in their pasture. They’ve never visited us! Neighboring properties are also farms with over 100 acres of open land, woods and crops surrounding our property with no main or visible roads. You can see houses on one side of the property and that’s where the cows live! They have dogs but they’ve never visited us. We do have 2 well behaved German Shorthaired Pointers named River and Remmy who run freely on the property. However we will keep them inside when guests use the property. We have a bench to sit on in a shaded area around the pond for relaxing. The woods are beautiful to walk about as well. There is a large rock in the woods to take a rest on with an amazing ravine creek view. Our property is large and not fenced so dogs with impeccable recall should enjoy the freedom to play, run, swim, sniff and explore. Leashed walks are also welcome. Long leads can also be used. Because we are so far off of any main roads you will feel comfortable here! Your pups are welcome to swim in the pond during your visit. During recent rains our property stays mainly dry and the woods are relatively dry as well as there are many leaves covering the ground. In the winter when the ground is frozen it’s a beautiful walk.

We are located on a no outlet street in Munson (Chardon), Ohio. Our home has several acres; one acre is securely fenced in with a combination of decorative fencing and chain link. All of the gates have an extra "lock" in order to secure they are latched while closed. The base of the fence is routinely inspected for gaps or escape routes and every measure is taken in order to make sure all dogs remain within the fenced in area. The space has a combination of open grass, wooded areas and even trails for dogs and their owners to explore while visiting my spot. The humans may sit on the seating by the woods, the "ice cream bench" slider, the furniture on the deck or the benches around the fire pit. Bags and/or a a pooper scooper are provided for waste. We kindly ask our guests to treat our property with respect. Owners must remain on the premises with their dog(s) at all times. Fresh Water is provided for each visit; the bowl is cleaned and sanitized before each visit. Please adhere to your reserved time, as sometimes I have back-to-back bookings and have my own dogs I schedule accordingly. Thank you for visiting my private park!

I’m new to this… I currently only have a few toys in the backyard and can offer him balls with water for the dogs and bottles of water for the humans (lol) my plan is to add more to the backyard in the future as far as toys, and maybe even obstacles for the dogs to play

Let your pup enjoy our wonderful fully-fenced yard in Solon! It is small dog approved with wood slats at the bottom of the fence to ensure the little guys can’t escape. (Our pup is 4 lbs and can’t get out). It is perfect for large dogs as well with tons of space for them to run! There is a deck with patio furniture for you to sit and watch your pup.

Welcome to your pup’s new favorite spot! This fully fenced-in yard is perfect for small and large pups alike. You’re welcome to off-leash your dog in the Sniffspot, of course! We also have poop bags, water bowls and clean water, and plenty of toys we rotate out on a regular basis. We also offer Sniffpass monthly memberships, which allow you to visit our spot at a discount. Sit back and relax while your dog runs around in our fully fenced-in yard (6ft privacy fence). Our quiet neighborhood is the perfect playtime oasis for dogs of all sizes and behaviors. Our neighbors next to us do NOT have dogs, but occasionally, you may hear children playing. We have two dogs in the house, but they rarely bark, and we will try to have them upstairs when you are here. My husband is often working from home, but he will not leave the office or bother you when you are here. The deck and all dog amenities (toys, water bowl, poop bags, hose) are available for you to use. The water valve for the hose is behind the couch on the deck. We just ask that you turn off the hose, pick up poop, and fully latch the gate on your way out. Poop bags can go in the bucket on the stone bench. Parking is available on the street, or you can park on the parking pad. Enter and exit through the gate on the left side of the house (when facing the house from the street). Thanks so much! ☺️

This is a fully fenced backyard with beautiful green grass and a small cement area for a fire pit. There is a fully furnished deck and in the warmer weather there would be access to water. There may be driveway parking but there is always street parking directly across from the house.

I am a pet boarder through Rover and all of the dogs love our yard. They often run laps around the retaining walls in the middle. The yard has a mixture of wood and metal fencing. You are welcome to park in our driveway if you pull up to the second garage door. There will be a hose outside during the warm months. I will make sure to scoop poop before your visit. Please make sure to clean up after your dog. You can use our poop shovel and bucket if you'd like.

A scenic, open and well manicured field in the heart of Portage Lakes! Your dog will love the wide open spaces and owners will appreciate the quiet, outdoor space. Note, horses are on the property, contained by electric fences. Dog spot is unfenced, owners must have dogs on leash or e-collar at all times.

The pool bay is not included with the standard SniffSpot rental. *The HVAC will keep the space more comfortable than outdoors, but it may not be a comfortable 65-70.

I keep the grass shorter in the field but would recommend boots. There are a couple access areas to get to the creek if your dog loves water. Parking by barn and you can have access below barn and cross creek to back field. Say “hi” to the goats if you want just don’t let your pups bark at them and scare them please.
