Fully fenced in 4 acre yard in Farmington. Grassy and shaded wooded spots. Yard is fully fenced in. Once you pull in the driveway, close the gate behind you. You can leave the gate open when you leave. Fresh clean water bowl up by the front deck for each guest. Bin on front deck table with tennis balls, treats, poop bags, snacks and water. Help yourself. Please note that we have some yard work going on in the back patio area so it’s a little muddy there (until it freezes/snows) 90% of the yard is still dry and easily to avoid the muddy spot. Feel free to use the toys and water dish. I clean it before each guest (of course, in the winter I can’t guarantee it won’t be froze) :) Disclosure: we have Trump yard signs up. I’ve been told this is offensive to some dog owners. I apologize is political affiliation influences where you can take your dogs. However, we fully support any dogs in our yard and welcome you regardless of your political views.

A private acre property with years of love tended to it. One 1/2 acre fully fenced adjacent to home with access to back 1/2 acre that’s all open space. Plenty of space for large and small dogs alike to run, explore, play, train and enjoy the variety of places to Sniff. There is a lot to smell and hunt for (nature and critter scents) Ample space and fence is secure. Our dogs are small so we ensured no gaps or lifting and check regularly. Behind the shrub line by house is the same; fully fenced and secure. The pups try to find squirrels back there sometimes. The Unfenced Back half part of our property continues all the way to the south tree line. There are apple trees where deer feed, sand hill crane family visits and other wildlife pop up at times, so good sniffing there. At the tree line there is a pathway to a field and the school’s baseball diamonds. That become public property fun for the dogs to explore, especially on long leads, and commonly used. Dogs must be on leash anytime outside of the fenced area. The Oak Creek Parkway trails are also close by for longer walks. As a Thank you for choosing to visit Magnus & Peppers Sanctuary 🐾 there is a table on the deck with toys, treats for pups and humans, bottled water and more for your use. There is also a refilling dog water bowl cleaned between uses. Yard is regularly walked and guests have been wonderfully respectful of not leaving pup presents 💩 behind 😊 Note: guest allowing dog(s) to lay down in and/or trample decorative landscape has recently caused damage. If it’s noticed we ask to simply encourage them to lay next to it as opposed to on it. There plenty of comfortable shaded grass. We often utilize the shaded grass areas to lay in ourselves to bond with our pups 🌳 We do our best to accommodate all requests, even ones not listed. If I am working, I may not see last minute requests as I cannot use my phone on duty.

Rhode is my guy. He’s a five year old pitbull rescue but unfortunately he isn’t the friendliest boy to every dog so we are always looking for some private areas for him to play. Our yard is completely safe and no worries about your pup getting out of the yard a 6 foot fence fully enclosed around yard. We have a deck to enjoy with chairs and a patio umbrellas for shade. Great property to walk with large and small dogs. The entire back lot is fully fenced and plenty of running space for frisbee or ball. Disposable water bowls can be found in our welcome bin. A hose will be available in summer and a water jug in winter. A small patch of uncut brush in the back is great for jumping sniffing and tracking the high branches are cleared for humans to also walk through:) located near wetlands some of the fencing extends through overgrowth or wetland and brush/scrub tree areas it can be damp in wet weather times. The ENTIRE BACK lot is fully secure, originally built to contain our dachshunds and our late Great Dane. Because we own several small dogs (and also a large dog) ourselves it is checked regularly for any holes, or wear. (If you see any holes please let us know ASAP) Our dogs will be kenneled when you visit! Extra notes: *We live near a gun range and during hunting seasons and summer primarily range noise can be heard in the distance. Weekdays are quieter in general for all noises :) * Please note in spring/ fall thaw and heavy rain parts of our yard so stay soggy and even wet for some time -appropriate footwear should be considered (rubber boots are ideal)-we have towels for dogs in our welcome bin. Canine Respiratory Illness! Here’s what we are doing! -disposable one-visit bowls are to be found in our bin, please use them for your dogs and then dispose of them before you go or take them home. -we will continue to disinfect the toys provided at least once a day with our dog-safe disinfectant Effer-San. -We ask that you place used toys in the used toy bin after use. - in the summer the patio and grass near the house will be sprayed with our dog-safe disinfectant Wishy-Wash once a day. -We do this for our dogs as well as for yours

**I prefer a message PRIOR to booking, if our chickens are out for the day we do not have a way to put them up, they free range and go in when they would like.** We have 5.8 acres of unfenced land. We have chickens and goats on the property along with our own dogs so we have lots to smell! We have areas that are mowed and areas that are not. We are nestled between apartment buildings but our land keeps us separated that it’s always quiet. We can make sure the farm animals are put up as the chickens free range if your dog has a high prey drive, but please give us a 24 hour notice if you need the chickens put away for your visit.

Check out our extras that you may add, including premium dog treats from Mountain Dog Cookie Co, a kiddie pool for your dog in the summer months, additional unfenced space for your dog to explore their primal instincts (perfect for sporting dogs!), and even some human treats! Canine Respiratory Illness, what are we doing about it? We've taken a few extra precautions to keep our dogs & visitors safe. In our welcome basket, you'll find disposable bowls that you may use the hose next to the back door to fill up for your pup! Please dispose of your bowl in the garbage can next to the welcome basket. Additionally, toys in the basket will also be wiped down at least once per day with a pet-safe disinfectant. **The host is not responsible for any harm caused to you, your children, or your pets while using the swing set.**

My Sniffspot is just south of I-94 and across from Lower Nemahbin Lake access. You will see a foster care sign at the end of the driveway. The address is 1635 North Sawyer Road. It is well-marked. We do have beehives (located near the barn), fenced ducks & chickens (not visible from the field), and barn cats that wander the area. One rooster free ranges but he and none of the other animals will approach you or your dogs. You may also see deer or wild turkeys. Because we want all of these animals, including your dogs to be safe, please keep dogs on leash when outside the field and be in control of them at all times. The private dog park has 3 agility jumps, 1 short tunnel, and miniature weave poles. Feel free to adjust any of the jumps to fit your dog(s)' jump height. You can also create your own agility course! The park provides a cot, three chairs, some toys, and 2 throwing sticks. The Toys are located on top of a purple bin and there are more toys inside of the bin you can take out! A hose/sprinkler is provided in the summer! More agility equipment will be added in the spring/summer. There is plenty of space to let your furry friend run free! Please note: I am a high school student and my parents are letting me maintain the Sniffspot to earn money. Therefore, I may not be able to respond to messages right away if I am in class, but I will try my best!

October! Welcome Fall, Sweet Fall!! Our park and surrounding area are stunning In the fall! Peaceful and quite and full of fun for your fur babies. If you haven’t visited Golden Pines yet, you and your dog will love a 5 star experience. We have loved this adventure at helping great, deserving dogs and their families enjoy a safe, fun, private park! We have met a few of you, and feel like we know a lot of you thru pictures and our chats. We have some exciting new changes! Most exciting is that We added a Porta Potty to our park!! We truly appreciate all of our guests and especially our guests who continue to support our little park all the way from Madison, Milwaukee area, Two Rivers, Omro, Oshkosh and many other places. Now there is a nice clean bathroom available!! We rebuilt the sand box/ digging area so it’s twice as big, and added some new seating, and a beautiful splash zone with that amazing water fall sound in summer. Now that fall has arrived we have cider to offer our visitors when we can! We offer a 3 way shelter and lovely pine trees now flickering their golden hues as summer fades to fall and they drop their needles and cones. You will find a beautiful spacious half acre for your dog to race around and explore in a 6 foot high chain link fully enclosed park along with many amenities we offer. As an extra, ( see extra’s) you can use our open property, horse pastures, pine trees and a wild life pond We just need to know well ahead of time so we can move the horses out, turn off the power and open the fences. There will be signs of horses. ( 💩) We have a popular rope pull tree, some agility equipment, balls and toys along with other things you would expect like seating, disposal bags, garbage, water for you and your dog. We offer seperate water dishes that are sanitized in our dishwasher and jugs of water. The land is owned by me, a student, teacher, and believer in the power and oneness of our relationship with the earth and all of the vastness that God created within this universe. Spring fed pond, plenty of room to run around, trees, toys, what more could a dog want? Dog owners can utilize the pond for fishing or a dip to cool off as well! Farm path is approximately 1/2 mile long if you’d like to take a walk. Our golden retriever and black lab may come visit you while you are enjoying the property. We do live on an active farm so especially during planting and harvesting seasons, there may be farm equipment moving up and down the farm lane.
