I live in a neighborhood. Everybody around is very nice and the neighborhood is very safe. Wonderful walking areas including 2 rock paths. 1 of the rock paths is in a forest like environment. There are trees on one side and a hill where you can see houses on the other side. Both paths are quiet and peaceful. There is also a sidewalk that goes around the neighborhood.

Welcome to our yard… and home to our “$10 guarantee.” We love our animals above all else and want to make sure everyone can afford to have a large, safe place for their pups to run and play. That’s why, despite our overwhelming growth in popularity over the past year, we pledge to all our visitors that we won’t raise the price above $10. This is a very large fenced yard behind a single family home close to the end of a cul de sac. Back of yard is up against a small stream and a tree line. There is a small grassy trench that runs part of the yard so be careful if running with your dog! Nice size yard with pool and pond view. You may sit under the gazebo or in the lounge chairs. You may also want to swim! Be sure your dogs know how to swim and that they are aware of the drop-off at the shallow end. Please, no dirty paws on the furniture (dogs) and absolutely no smoking (humans). :) Price varies when pool is open (May to September). Pricing includes 2 adults (up to 2 children included).

We are centrally located near York Hospital and York College. Easy access with off street parking. Dog towels are provided when the pool is open. Pool closes in October and reopens in April each year. Weather permitting, the large back yard is open year round.

Please park at the top of the hill by the large metal barn and walk down the hill on the path on the right to the pond. We are open occasional hours due to surveying and construction soon to be started. Please message me if you have a specific time you want to come out and I will open for you if possible! Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 18 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! Our farmette is a romping dog's dream! Come to our fully fenced in backyard to let your pup run free. (They may even get a little extra exercise since our yard is sloped!) Our grassy yard is dog and kid friendly, with dog toys, a gravel pit, plenty of seating, and a small slide. Sit with your dog in the yard, or hang out on the small back porch to get some shade. You'll be able to have full view of your dog from either spot! We don't use pesticides or fertilizer chemicals on our grass. Au naturale for your furry pal! You can even walk down to the local creek after for your dog to cool off, or visit nearby Nissley Vineyards if the humans need to cool off. We hope you enjoy our spot!

Your dog will be the only one so please be respectful of being on time in case the dog visiting before you has challenges with other dogs. There's a hose, water bowl, chuck it and two balls. If we haven't put them out, feel free to open the container for seat cushions for the deck chairs. I am about 1.5 miles from route 283 so if you are traveling and need a sniff spot, I am right here! I just added a very basic wash station.

Our SniffSpot Play Yard is fully fenced in with a 6ft tall wooden privacy fence. We have 19 wooded acres with our boarding facility being located at the South end of our property, the owners personal residence in the middle and our private SniffSpot play yard at the North end of our property. We do have a nice walking trail that meanders through our property but please be aware that our Playful Pups Retreat Staff may be walking overnight boarding dogs on the trail during our business hours. There is a container with a few toys to play with inside the SniffSpot yard but we do suggest bringing your own toys. Please bring poop bags and clean up after your pet. Please take bags of poop with you or stop at Playful Pups and dispose of it in one of our outdoor trash receptacles. FOR NOISE SENSITIVE DOGS! PLEASE BE AWARE WE DO HAVE A GUN CLUB NOT FAR FROM THIS PLAY YARD. DEPENDING ON THE DAY THERE MAY BE GUNFIRE.
