I live in a neighborhood. Everybody around is very nice and the neighborhood is very safe. Wonderful walking areas including 2 rock paths. 1 of the rock paths is in a forest like environment. There are trees on one side and a hill where you can see houses on the other side. Both paths are quiet and peaceful. There is also a sidewalk that goes around the neighborhood.

Parking is available in our driveway-up to 3 cars. This is a private yard with no other dogs on the property. Pool is included in the hourly fee up until 9/15. We do ask that you brush your dog before coming to swim. We have plenty of toys for your dog, including balls, rafts for the pool and more! Treats and access to water to make sure your dog(s)stays well feed and hydrated! Come play and watch your dog wag more and bark less! 😉🐾❤️

We have about a quarter acre fully fenced in with 6 foot privacy fence. There is plenty of parking in our driveway. Bowls of water will be provided and cleaned after each visit. Please feel free to make use of the full space, including the deck and fire pit seating area! We just asked that you please clean up after your pet. We will provide poop bags and a pooper scooper with a receptacle for disposal. We also usually have racquetballs out for your dog to play with. We hope you enjoy your time in our yard that we used to enjoy with our dogs no longer with us.

There are outdoor lights and a fan controlled by Alexa under the gazebo. Simply ask Alexa to “turn on patio lights” or “turn on patio fan” or “turn on backyard lights”. Please also ask her to turn them off when you leave. If Alexa is not working for any reason there is a manual white button on the upper left hand post (left of fireplace) that will turn both lights and fan on. You can also ask Alexa to play music or you can also request a local radio station. On really hot days, I will setup the sprinkler for your dog if they enjoy it. This SniffSpot is 0.5 acres fully fenced with two gate access points to the back yard. Once in the backyard pup pad, your dog/s can play and romp until their heart’s content!
