55We have a reactive border collie so it’s hard to find places to really give him a good run without distraction of other dogs or people. This is by far the BEST space in the Ann Arbor and surrounding area. It’s well maintained, has a small wooded trail, fields with pathways mowed in them, and a little agility circle. One of my dogs loved running through the brush while the other herded her. Lots of free smells and enrichment! Will definitely be repeat visitors.Sarah D.

55Beautiful spot, my 2 dogs are Husky mix and they love to run. They had the best time, running until they were pooped out. The grounds are nicely laid out with a walking trail and a mix of meadow and woods. And a stream for the dogs to get a drink. We had a great time. Julie Z.

55We went when it was raining and cold, unfortunately. Can’t predict the weather! But our girl still had a blast for the half hour she could stand to be out playing in it. She especially loves the pond. We can’t wait to be back in better weather! THANK YOU for providing a safe space for our timid rescue pup to play 🥰Kelly M.

55Don’t forget to bring towels. During the wet season The Farm can get a bit soggy. Our pup loved splashing through all the marsh. Also, keep an eye on your pup’s mouth. Our youngest found two dead field mice and was quite pleased with his “party gifts.” 🤭Jennifer L.

55This is a great space with tons of interest—the woods, the field, and the grassy play areas (all with very nice paths) made a really fun hour for our two big, energetic dogs. It’s early spring, so there are wet, muddy sections, but honestly that just added to the fun for the dogs! The fencing and gates were secure, and the host communicated with us about the mud and water beforehand, so we knew to wear boots and bring towels. Lisa D.

55Great, very secure, and so much to do! Wish we had more than an hour, the dogs had so much fun and weren’t ready to leave. Very muddy, so plan to bathe your pups after you’re done! Abbie V.

55So many smells for the pups to discover. The pond, agility course, sounds and trails through the woods in back of the 2nd field gave their brains so much activity. They slept well the rest of the night. Already booked their next run!Anne Marie B.

55Another lovely visit! As is to be expected in the spring there was a lot of standing water!!! And FROGS!!!
My dogs were soaked and happy. I had protection in the back for them to not get the truck wet.
Thank you very much. Their brains are always exhausted after their hour!cheryl b.

55This sniffspot continues to be wonderful! I noticed that some gravel was added to the paths that sometimes get waterlogged, making it easier to walk around. My dog continues to jump into all the swampy sections with absurd delight, achieving her goal to be the muddiest dog possible for the car ride home. Bring a towel folks! <3 (Most of the spot is dry, don't worry! But if you have a swamp dog, it's glorious.)Michelle J.

55It was a little muddy, but given we also have had a lotta rain. my dogs had a lotta fun and also gave them a chance to work on their recall. I’ve been waiting so long to take my dogs here…it was worth the wait ! Sarah S.

55We love this place so much. Great place for my reactive dog to have some space and run without triggers. Its good for people too to get a good walk in through the paths. We frequent this place whenever there is open availability, I wish it was open more. We became members but will probably unsubscribe from that because there isn’t really any additional availability that isn’t open to nonmembers. There is an area that creates a pond when it rains a lot, my dog decided to swim the whole time so make sure you bring a towel. We also found two ticks so far since yesterday on him, so make sure to do in depth checks once you get back. Lyndsey A.

55Koda loves running around off leash at the farm! Well-groomed trail throughout and lots of space for her to explore through the woods and tall grass. Also has a small pond area where she can take a quick dip when its hot. Erin S.

FAQ about our Willis dog parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 96% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Willis area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 546 fully fenced dog parks in the area. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our 37 off leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can also filter locations to avoid other domestic animals and people. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions.
