I have a big lot where your dog can run like at the park just with the privacy you need, there's chair and table where you can relax while your dog runs and enjoys, food and snacks for sale and available to order previous to your visit, we also have the menu of the day!! (Includes dish 2 sides, and water or soda) we have homemade pastries, treats for your fur baby, crafts , picnic kit for sale, soon we will have a fire pit (fue will be for sale per request), swings , and more toys for your fur baby to play!!! We have a kiddie pool where your dog can paddle and splash.

I have one acre but it is cross fenced so about 1/2 acre with chain link fence. It is desert terrain with a gazebo to sit under while your dog plays.

With a fully fenced area for your fur babies (big and small) to run and explore. While pup parents can sit and relax, walk around the grounds, take a hike on our small backtrail, or swing, it is perfect for pups, adults, and children to enjoy (especially during the summer and snowy months). If your fur baby needs water after so much excitement and play, please feel free to give them water (which is accessible throughout the property), so they have a restful trip home. ❤️ We take pride in giving our fur visitors the best possible experience, along with keeping their human parents in mind. We set out some extras for not only the pups, but also the humans, without any extra charge. Our goal is to make you feel welcomed as soon as you reserve your Sniffspot time and before walking onto our property. ❤️ It's a little piece of heaven that we enjoy daily and decided to open it up to our community. Your dog will be ready to nap and rest quietly after running and playing at this country sniff spot-which will enable you to continue traveling on to your destination. Have your dog’s birthday party on our lush green grass. Plenty of room for dogs to play and their humans to take pics and enjoy seeing the joy on their faces. The yard is absolutely secure and the dogs can feel free to use all of their senses to have an amazing time. Conveniently location less than 5 minutes from the 10 freeway, our spot makes for the perfect play space for your pup. During summer we offer water features including a mister, splash pad and wading pool. Extra shade is also set up for your comfort. There is an old swing set on property, that is a ‘use at your own risk.’ We keep it up because our dogs, and family members enjoy it, but before use your own discretion before using. Cold bottled water in outdoor frig for humans and fresh water in bowls for your pups. This is a country yard. I walk the property prior to every visit but guest should be aware to wildlife such as bugs, squirrels, gophers, hawks, skunks, snakes, etc. We hope you enjoy our yard. 😎 Complimentary Keurig coffee, hot chocolate, tea and cold bottled water available for all guests during your visit. Welcome to our Sniffspot! Our property is located on a sprawling 1-acre land with plenty of space for your furry friend to run around and play. We have a large pool where your dog can take a dip and cool off on a hot day. ( This is an add on). Our property also features a lush green grass area where your dog can play fetch or simply roll around in the grass. If you need a break from the sun, we have a covered patio where you can relax in the shade while your pup runs around. Our Sniffspot is perfect for dogs who love to play and explore in a safe and secure environment. We can’t wait to welcome you and your furry friend to our Sniffspot!

It's my back yard my dogs love playing with other dogs but they are elderly dogs they are not neutered because of thier age. My dogs can be put inside if makes you more comfortable

Come to our oasis in the middle of the desert. We have a fully turfed yard pool/jacuzzi. A pool room with water, tv, and pool towels if needed. We also have a RV hook up just with electricity for an additional charge just ask :)

Sagebrush, pine trees, oak trees, apple trees, and wildflowers make this a calming and natural feeling place to bring your dog(s).
