It is located in the Kenny neighborhood. It's your typical South Minneapolis neighborhood. My yard is fully fenced-in with plenty of room to run around and have fun. It's a very relaxing environment with different sitting areas.

1 Acre Fully Fenced private dog park In Bloomington, MN. Water bowls and Dog washing station (must bring own shampoo) are attached to the house. Creek runs along the back of the property (outside the fenced area). It does have a fence to the water on both sides, but you will need to keep your dog close when past the back gate as they could get out across the creek or on the edges. Fire pit for use for longer bookings but must be put out before you leave. Parking on the street is allowed, but feel free to park in the driveway as well!

All woods, no lawn. For dogs who like to explore and sniff among the trees. Walk the trail or watch from the elevated deck. Great place for a fenced-in romp through pesticide-free nature. Visibility is limited by seasonal foliage, and the back 30 feet of the yard is a bit of a bramble, but most of the woods has a low groundcover. Possible fauna sightings include squirrels, rabbits, turkeys, deer, songbirds, and native mosquitos. Hose and water dishes available. Off-street parking in the driveway turnaround.

This is an ideal spot being just a half block west of 35W and only 10 minutes from 40th and Lyndale Av. S. or South Burnsville. We are doing a slow yard clean-up and adding some things so only $5 for the month....plenty of room for dogs to run right here in the city. Backyard is approximately 64 X 80 and mostly green so far.

Our Sniffspot is less than 10 min off 35W. The space if fully fenced and almost a full acre. This fence is along the road and isn't connected to any buildings. The space is a gradual hill so you will get a workout walking around the space.

Residential home, fully fenced with two entry points. Front yard is mowed weekly and back yard is usually left to grow long. Muddy dirt patch in the back is ok for diggers! Patio is open for use if needed, please just let us know ahead of time so we can bring the cats inside and unlock it for you. You can play with the hose if you’d like. Feel free to move the furniture around if it’s in the way or you’d like it in a different spot. We aren’t attached to where they get put.

Charming urban oasis located within minutes of Downtown Minneapolis. Yard is flat and spacious with partial shade most of the day. Relax under umbrellas on the patio or by the fire pit while your pups play. Fresh water provided, and a waste station is in the SW corner. We don't use lawn chemicals during the summer, so your pup is always safe to roll in the clover or nibble on grass. Plenty of street parking (please do not park in the driveway) and a private entrance along the north side of the property. Please make sure gate is securely closed before leaving. Resident dog may bark from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight. If your pup is reactive to sound, please let me know ahead of time & I will do my best to remove mine from the property while you visit. NEW: If you're interested in a shallow water pool/sprinkler for smaller dogs/older dogs, it's listed under extras with no fee. Just add it on to let me know you'd like it set up vs. the deeper kiddie pool.

Fully fenced: 1 side privacy fence, 2 sides chain link, and one side with the house and gate. Place bagged poop in the small garbage bin. Please do not allow pups to dig or to enter the small separately fenced garden. Spring 2024 the yard is very tender with grass trying to recover from last year's drought, if you remember, it helps to throw "fetch" in lots of different directions to spread out the "wear and tear." Added FYI: Same day bookings will probably have the bedtime and morning 💩 from my pups since I routinely only pick up after work during warm months. If you book 24+ hours in advance I can squeeze in an extra poo pickup before work. *WINTER I pick up weekly, weather-permitting, so might not be a great spot for pups who eat poopsicles--you know who you are!

All are welcome, and this is also a great spot for nervous or anxious dogs to feel safe and run free! A large, open 1.25 acre fenced in yard with multiple small hills that is bordered on the west side by a public walking trail (with 6 foot fence) and on the north side by Rice Creek (with 5 foot fence). During the winter months, deer and foxes pass just outside of the fenced in yard, while in warmer months the creek entices additional wildlife as well as the occasional canoeist or kayak. There's abundant street parking as we are located at a dead-end. Please do not park in the driveway. Enter the yard using the gate located to the left of the garage. Update as of March 2024 - Unfortunately, due to new neighbors behind us, our yard isn't quite the reactive-dog sanctuary it used to be. We love reactive pups and are doing all we can to ensure you're pups are able to safely run and play. Our yard is long but narrow and we now have two dogs behind us that can be very vocal. They tend to be let outside in mid-afternoon and on weekends. Please keep this in mind. We can not force them to stay inside, of course, but will work with you to find a time for your reactive dog to visit when they're not outside. Early morning works best. Thanks for understanding! Welcome to Sully’s Sniffspot! We are excited to share our yard with you and your furry friends! When you arrive, come through the gate to the fully fenced (chain link, 4' tall) backyard where your dog(s) can run and play! There is a steep hill with cement stairs (no handrail) and lots of trees and plants to explore. There are dog balls scattered around the yard. I’ll leave out a water bowl and jug of water. There are waste bags in the plastic bin by the window for your use and a trash can by the gate. Please make yourself comfortable on the patio and kids are welcome to play. For the shy, fearful or reactive dogs: Our neighbors on the north side of us (the side with the short trees along the fence) have two kids who might come up to the fence to talk and try to pet your dog without asking first. We have tried teaching dog safety but this has not helped. If you have a human/kid reactive dog, weekdays before 2:30 during the school year are going to be the best time for you to come. I will update this if the situation changes. Other neighbors are occasionally outside but keep to themselves when guests are here. Our immediate neighbors do not have dogs. There might be people walking their dogs on the street. There are dogs across the street and a few houses down who are occasionally in their yard and can be seen from the hill in our yard. Our dog will be inside and not visible from the back yard when you’re here. Foster dogs: Reach out if you have a foster dog and the cost is a barrier for you.
