As advertised. My reactive dog and I enjoyed the open space off-leash walk. Jenny is friendly and conveniently placed a generous wagon with pet supplies and a trash can at the trail site. We will go again.

What a gem! We absolutely loved this Sniffspot and can’t wait to be back. Awesome trails and plenty to sniff. Jenny is such an accommodating host; came out to greet us and we got to chat for a bit. She also has toys, water, and treats for the dogs. Instructions for parking and for the lot lines were clear and easy to follow. Excited to have another awesome spot near us!

Had an amazing 1st time experience at Rosie’s Spot! Trails were well maintained and the open space was great for relaxing and throwing the ball for our blue heeler. The host was very kind and provided great extras like fresh water, toys, treats and poop bags. We will definitely be back!

Thank you for having us! The host was wonderful and messaged us prior to our first visit with instructions for parking and to ensure our visit went smoothly. She also provided bottled water and a clean bowl as well as treats and toys for our dog. We felt very welcomed! The property is so pretty with clear trails for walking and enough open space for our dog to play fetch, which is his ultimate goal in life. The fencing and foliage at the periphery of the property was sufficient in keeping our dog safe and with us. Highly recommend 100/10!

If 10 stars were available, I’d give it to them!! Very clean, well maintained, and fun spot for the doggos. They loved it and are completely wiped. They have toys, treats, and trails. Doesn’t get any better.

Big, clean, and well maintained! Will certainly visit again! A bit buggy the morning after a rain which we should have anticipated so consider packing bug spray but no complaints!

Completely fenced in, with to huge shade trees, ample room to do the zoomies. Penny dog had good time, alot of running but that she was able to go in the house standing by the back door and peeping in the windows, silly girl. There were some poop out there when we came, but I did picked my dogs poop. other than that we will go back, good area

This is a large open space that my dog really enjoyed playing fetch in. I brought a nerf gun with tennis ball and she loved running all around the yard to catch the ball. Lawn was clean and well maintained. Hose was easily accessible when my girl got thirsty. Territorial Rd faces the back of the property so you won't be able to see the house number from this gate entrance. Just look for the Sniffspot sign, on the black wire fence gate along Territorial Rd.

Our dogs thoroughly enjoyed their visit to Nicole's sniffspot, where they had ample space to run and access to fresh water to drink and cool down beneath the sprinklers. It was an excellent spot to take a break and explore their surroundings.

We had an amazing experience! The fire pit was so fun. We loved the hammocks, the swing, and all the thoughtful touches (like having the fire going before we arrived and leaving fresh water out for the dogs). We will definitely be back!

Amazing! Very well kept property, instructions to park/enter and rules were easy to follow, and our two deaf dogs LOVED it. I was worried I’d lose them in 3 acres, but it was the perfect amount of space! The amenities were fabulous. Couldn’t have asked for a better first experience!

We had a bit of trouble finding the spot because our GPS directed us to the cul-de-sac in the neighborhood behind the spot, but once I looked at the instructions, we got to the correct place. This spot was the perfect size for our large dogs...they got to chase, fetch, tug, sniff amd wrestle to their hearts content. Honestly, I am not sure they were ready to leave after an hour. I couldn't find the trash, so we took our poop bag with us. This spot was perfect for play and honestly would be good for some off leash obedience training too. So grateful that Nicole shares her spot with others. We are looking forward to our next visit.

We had a difficult time finding how to access this yard but that was due to my own fault. It was spacious with plenty of trees for shade. We were there on a hot day and the hosts had water and treats out for our dogs. We enjoyed our time!
