Privacy fenced in large section of backyard. Located right by East Falls Metro. One driveway space will always be available for use. Lots of street parking after 5pm and on weekends. I dog sit as well and the dogs LOVE the back yard. Will never have both clients at the same time though. Your dog/ dogs will be the only ones here during your booking. Lots of trees so there's always both sun and shade depending on your preference. I've found it challenging to juggle setting up the sniff spot space on short notice so I'm trying out just offering the space and fewer amenities at a lower price. Chairs are available near the house if you'd like to take them into the sniffspot area. Just put any dog waste bags in the big black trash can in the driveway on your way out. A no frills spot if you just want a nice spot for your dog to run around in for an affordable price. The easiest way to figure out how to enter the sniffspot space is to enter through the driveway then turn left and enter the other wooden gate. The backyard area with the treehouse is not the sniffspot area as it is not as secure. Please do not unleash your dogs until they are secured in the sniffspot area.

Large enclosed backyard in Falls Church

*As of 1/25/25, the backyard is about half grass, half covered with snow. Furniture in the seating area on the lower deck is completely cleared off and available for your use, as well as the fire pit! We should have this weekend also.* We have somewhere between a third to a half acre in our backyard, fully enclosed with a 5 to 7-ft wood fence. We have shady spots, but there also aren't too many trees, so there is plenty of room to play fetch and run around. Amenities include two different size jumps, a balance beam, a slide, a spring-loaded tug rope attached to a tree, a small dog tunnel, furniture on the lower deck for you to sit down, a hammock, and a trampoline. With the slide, not every dog can manage to get up it, so please just use your judgment and be safe 😁.

A natural wooded yard that borders a county park on one side, with a 7ft wooden privacy fence all the way around the property, the front and neighbor side sections are double sided, so a perfect solution for reactive pups and a side entry gate. Completely pesticide/herbicide/fertilizer free yard! Our ground cover is soft playground wood chips, soft for all pup paws, specifically designed to be comfortable for all kinds of furbabies! The playground chips are a natural tick repellent. We are open during rainy weather too for those of you with rain loving pups! The overhangs, patio umbrella and tree coverage keep paw parents dry too! Added bonuses, the chips dry quickly, there's no mud or slippery grass. You can also enjoy a deck with a patio table, cushioned chairs, lawn chair seating and a hammock! We also provide poop bags, doggie wipes and towels, extra dog water bowls, kiddie pools and outdoor spigot with hose for water bowl refills or hose play in the warmer months, elevated feeders for the pups who cannot bend down very well to drink and a few refreshments for humans too! It’s spring already so we’re back to treating the yard with all natural, pesticide-free, pet and human safe WONDERCIDE flea/tick/mosquito protection! We will continue to apply this into the Fall. Additionally, thanks to some great guest feedback, we just added 2 new chairs for seating along the left side of the fence (in the shade). Feel free to move any of the 3 chairs wherever you’d like! Newly fenced yard (done in October 2020) - safe and secure! ALL the dogs say it’s the BEST, and they don’t want to leave. Legitimately.
