Still working on a potty area near the fence entranc, as well as a rock border, but awesome place to chill and read a book while your dog runs around and explores. If your dog is friendly, would love to pet your pup! My middle is allergic so we will never be able to have a dog but we love them. I do have plants, so if your dog eats them, this may not be the yard for you. Have a sandbox with dirt for digging and a coaster for them to climb. There is a small opening under the deck, so if your dog is tiny, they may be curious to go under. I do use organic pet friendly weed killer sometimes but I try to keep the back as organic as possible.

What a great place and an even better host! Super clean and well maintained huge enclosure with toys and everything! Brain was so attentive and had water and tennis balls all ready for the pups when we arrived! He took the time to talk with me and was genuinely interested in my fur babies! I highly recommend Brian’s dog park for any tiring out needs! Also fenced in area is all fenced in with lots of things for your pup to play with! Even though the location is right off a busy street and beside the McDonald’s drive-thru, there were very few distractions. The yard is long enough for a great chuck-it game which is a must for us!

Great spot for my hound! He had plenty of room to run and I didn't see anywhere he could try to get out as he can be an escape artist. The area is surrounded by six foot chain link. Copper loved sniffing around all the trees in the back too. Brian, the host, brought us a bucket of water and there were tennis balls and things for the dogs to climb on. This will definitely be a return spot!

We had a wonderful time at this SniffSpot! The host was very communicative and even left extra water out for us. The area is very large and fully fenced with access to grass and a concrete section. Mann's fenced in yard was wonderful!!! Beautifully shaded with trees, a nice patio, and very tall fence suitable for any escape artist such as our Great Pyrenees. It was raining when we went but the trees helped with blocking the down pour. Property was nicely upkept, and we just felt very comfortable being back there. More of a "woodier" terrain v.s. plain flat grass as shown in the photos. Mann left a towel out for our dogs to use, as well as two chairs. We were welcome to use the hose as well if needed. He also corresponded with us beforehand offering to cancel the reservation as it was raining, and he respected our wishes to not have him meet our dogs since one of them experiences anxiety and stranger danger. Will absolutely be back! Thank you so much!
