Quiet, safe, fenced yard

Partially shaded in a nice quiet area in Portsmouth! Plenty of room to run and play!

We have a few spots in the fence a small dog could get out if not watched but we’re working on fixing them but big dog friendly! We do have dogs ourself they won’t be outside during you’re stay but they might bark I’ll try my best to keep them from seeing you’re dog if they are dog aggressive just let me know ahead of time! Thank you

Just a little family who loves pups! We have a fully fenced yard. 2 dogs who love furry friends (but they can stay inside too!) We love making new friends! We have a nice little deck and a shaded hammock area. There’s a hose and we plan to pick up a kiddie pool for the pups soon. We do have a fun little pup push button sprayer that when they step on it shoots water. The gate can be a little finicky so make sure it latches. We will be fixing that soon!

Entrance to the right: Please follow the Sniffspot flags to enter our yard **Please keep in mind for everyone’s safety, we share two fence lines with neighboring dogs. There is no way they can physically interact with your dog through the fence, but control of your dog must be your priority while walking to and from our property. We live in a suburb with close neighbors whom often enjoy their outdoor space in good weather. Penny’s Place is exactly what you want to make of it! Nearly one acre of fully fenced space where you can run, sunbathe, sniff the few trees, play with the hose and kiddie pool, whatever your pup’s heart desires! We do our best to refund our guests when unforeseen circumstances arise, derailing your reservation. Please try to give us notice, even if you are within the 2 hour window, so we can cancel your block. *if bad weather is highly anticipated in the area, please understand that we may not always approve a full refund if you cancel last minute HOURS: we close nightly at 10pm and reopen the following morning at 6 am.

Privacy fence on both sides with a 4-5ft chain link around it. Back of the yard is only chain link in case you have a jumper. The back of the yard is partially wooded but plenty of space to run and play. I am an owner of 4 dogs of which 3 go in the back the 4th is a rescue with high anxiety and gets walked. I do have dogs on both side of me. One side is quiet the other are hounds that will bark or howl. Currently there is an above ground pool not covered and no deck around it only steps. The steps will be removed soon and it will be closed for winter. Great running space for any dog that needs to stretch there legs.

Huge, fully fenced backyard with 2 access gates. 1 on either side of house, plentiful off street and street parking, with grassy, muddy, and mulched areas! Ample sunny spots and fully shaded areas, people seating, pup (and people) toys, water bowls, poop bags and trash can. Great space for safe recall training. Lots of hidden treasure sniff spots, room for full speed zoomies, some wildlife if you’re lucky, and tons of space to explore. Yard treated with pet/eco friendly lawn products ONLY, also treated for fleas/ticks/mosquitos regularly

Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds and garden. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog. Poop bags are provided free of charge and found underneath the garden hose.
