Perfect for dogs that need space to run, play, and explore. Variety of footing - mowed grass, rock, flagstone. Also has a large number of shrubs and trees for sniffing and exploring around. There are resident squirrels that frequently run the back fence for entertainment as well! I do not use chemicals in my yard for pests or weeds. There is a table and chairs with an umbrella for use, as well as a large hammock that is shaded in the afternoons. The umbrella and hammock are unavailable during the winter months.

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Hello! My space is specifically built for the pups, I run a small doggie daycare tues-fri afternoons so these will be unavailable for rent, outside of that you are free to utilize the space! Turf is cleaned once a week, we also have a poop service to help with the cleanliness of the space, although we are pretty thorough daily to keep up with all messes. One side of the fence (leads into neighbors yard) is shorter than the rest about 4ft tall. If you have a jumper I would just keep a close eye. I have not had an issue Please use the gate to the left of the front door, and head on back! Everything is free to use, the misters are right by the hose - you just have connection the hose!

Last minute bookings are welcome! We provide a bucket full of a variety of toys, fresh water and clean bowls, and a kiddie pool for your pups to enjoy. Our hose and sprinkler are available for guest use. We provide several shaded seating areas and folding chairs, as well as hand sanitizer and sunscreen for humans. You’ll also find a bucket of towels on the porch that you can use to dry off a wet pup or wipe grass away from paws. We have two large trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Our spot is setup to be a private experience, so it will just be you and your pup during your booking. You are welcome to invite guests to your booking; please make sure they are informed on parking areas and where to enter. Our six foot privacy fence is newly built and has no holes or gaps. Our spot is great for energetic, playful, or reactive pups. Please note that while our yard is wheelchair accessible, our porch is not. If you need me to move anything down into the yard for your convenience, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate.

Neighbors house next door has been under construction and workers are usually there off and on working inside of the house between 8am to 4pm, Monday thru Saturday. Neighbor 2 houses down has a dog (male boxer) that sometimes barks. Quiet neighborhood, but still in the city.

We have a big backyard, completely fenced in and it's a dog paradise. We have a deck for humans to sit on and hang while the pups play. Right now we have 2 large camp chairs set up but should be getting patio furniture at some point so it will be a little more comfortable. I have a Chuck-it and some other toys that you are welcome to play with and use. There is a water bowl out back and if it is empty or the dogs drink it all up, then there is a hose you can use to fill it up. The side door, where you enter through the carport can be a bit finicky so if the door is giving you issues, there is a rope that can be helpful to you to keep the door shut.

Come walk 12 acres of mixed terrain, sweeping meadow to rock outcroppings. This is not fenced but there is an old 3 wire fence that outlines the property. We have 2 friendly dogs that wonder the property that we can have put away during your stay or leave out to have dogs to play with. We do have 5 goats that are fenced in and 3 cats that roam the property. Please pick up after your dogs.

Welcome to Escher's Oasis, a fully fenced, grassy yard that was once the favorite spot of my beloved dog, Escher. Sadly, Escher passed away after a long and happy life of 16 years, and I've decided to share this special place with other dogs who will love it just as much. Enjoy the sunny yard with your dog(s), who can run around and play to their heart's content. You can relax on the patio chairs or gather around the table with benches. For those sunny days, take advantage of the retractable awning, which provides shade and protection from the rain. This beautiful half acre has a fantastic, unobstructed view of the foothills and Long's Peak. Sunsets are stunning from the Dog Park. There are some Russian Olive Trees on the South side of the Park that provide wonderful shade, as well as a cottonwood near the North side, providing even more shade. This is an unobstructed, fully fenced pasture where dogs can roam freely. Water is provided at the water pump.
