This property is not fenced in, so your pup must be obedient for safety reasons :) Feel free to park anywhere in the driveway (just please don’t block the garage). My land boundary includes up to the white fence to the North, to route 402 on the South, and up to the private road on the West side of the property. I particularly love the evening hours here; sunsets can be stunning! Depending where you are on the property, you will be treated with views of the foothills and Long’s peak! When you drive into the driveway, you will enter through the wooden fence on the right. The yard spans all the way around the garage into a large open area for playing fetch. There is a water hose immediately to your right as you enter next to the back door to fill bowls. There are several toys in the yard one dog bed that can be thrown around as well. Our yellow labs truly enjoy the large open space. Safe and fully fenced!

Please enter through south fence (large brown gate). My fence is a three-rail, welded, pipe fence because I have horses. I have a large pasture on the south side where dogs could play with ease. I do have prairie dogs and cotton tail rabbits on my property so prey driven dogs will be stimulated! If you’d like a mile walk to the back of the property I can lock the horses up. You will need to open a second gate to continue west. There is a very large pond just past the gate to the right. The pond dries out in the fall and fills up in the spring. You’re are welcome to let your dogs explore it. However, they will get muddy feet when it’s holding water. My neighbor just to the south has a fence made of trees right up against my fence. At the end of the property, you may continue on (north) for a longer walk. You will enjoy a quiet, peaceful walk with your dog/dogs. We do have coyotes in the area so be aware.

There is a variety of farm animals on the property (Alpacas, Cows, Goats) that you are welcome to observe, but dogs are to NEVER interact with the animals in the same pen. We are located on the Reservoir Ridge trail head, where dogs have to be leashed. We find after a walk on the trail your furry friends like a little run in our enclosed area off leash. We welcome trainers and and dog sitters.

Hello! My space is specifically built for the pups, I run a small doggie daycare tues-fri afternoons so these will be unavailable for rent, outside of that you are free to utilize the space! Turf is cleaned once a week, we also have a poop service to help with the cleanliness of the space, although we are pretty thorough daily to keep up with all messes. One side of the fence (leads into neighbors yard) is shorter than the rest about 4ft tall. If you have a jumper I would just keep a close eye. I have not had an issue Please use the gate to the left of the front door, and head on back! Everything is free to use, the misters are right by the hose - you just have connection the hose!

18 acre ranch with beautiful landscape, views of horses and occasionally wildlife depending on time of day. You are welcome to pet the horses but do not feed. Please do not allow your dogs to bark, growl or charge the horses (even though they are behind fences). All the horses are calm and easy around dogs, which we need it to stay that way. We have a fully fenced area roughly 10 acres with mowed paths for walking. You are welcome to walk thru the field if desired. There are random balls and toys in the field for use, water is available and if we are home during your visit should the restroom be needed we will honor use of that. You are welcome to bring agility or equipment and toys each visit if desired or practice nosework. We are also open to hosting groups, such as agility, nosework or trainers who need a large outdoor space that is fully fenced. Off street parking and can accommodate large vehicles. Small dogs are welcome, do note the fencing is graduated so depending on size of dog, some real tiny ones who are escape artists may not be the best fit. Neighbors house next door has been under construction and workers are usually there off and on working inside of the house between 8am to 4pm, Monday thru Saturday. Neighbor 2 houses down has a dog (male boxer) that sometimes barks. Quiet neighborhood, but still in the city.

Last minute bookings are welcome! We provide a bucket full of a variety of toys, fresh water and clean bowls, and a kiddie pool for your pups to enjoy. Our hose and sprinkler are available for guest use. We provide several shaded seating areas and folding chairs, as well as hand sanitizer and sunscreen for humans. You’ll also find a bucket of towels on the porch that you can use to dry off a wet pup or wipe grass away from paws. We have two large trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Our spot is setup to be a private experience, so it will just be you and your pup during your booking. You are welcome to invite guests to your booking; please make sure they are informed on parking areas and where to enter. Our six foot privacy fence is newly built and has no holes or gaps. Our spot is great for energetic, playful, or reactive pups. Please note that while our yard is wheelchair accessible, our porch is not. If you need me to move anything down into the yard for your convenience, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate.
