Wonderful open space to run! We got confused and ended up in the “private” area (We’re so sorry!!!) but eventually figured out that you just park along the driveway going towards the house. The horses were enclosed but it would be easy for a dog to get through their fence so be aware if you have dogs with bad recall!

Wonderful spot and SO much room for your pup to get the zoomies out. My pups chased a bunny up to Jessica’s property (SO sorry again!!!) and she was incredibly nice and understanding about it. So much space! I have a German shepherd and it was perfect! The pooch was gassed out by the end of our visit, enjoyed his ability to freely roam off leash and the horses from afar were a great tool for some of his reactivity training. Highly recommend! Beautiful open location. I’d recommend bringing boots or working shoes that you don’t mind getting a little dirty (remember there is livestock which means there are also droppings from said livestock). My dogs loved it though. Will absolutely come back!

We had so much fun at this Sniffspot. I loved how there was some texture in the landscape (not completely flat). Small hills with twists and turns made it so much more enriching for sniffing, “find it” games, and exploring. PSA: a few of the horses did chase my dog which was unexpected. Thankfully, I know a little bit of my way around horses but was scary for a minute. They all quickly settled down after I got him out of the pasture. Good obedience and recall is needed for horses and breaks/gaps in fencing.
