Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. I will provide a bowl of fresh water whenever I am able to do so, but it might be a good idea to bring some fresh drinking water for your pets if you think you’ll need it. Sorry for the inconvenience! Welcome to our 1 acre fully fenced private dog park! Some quick tips, make sure to look for our brick driveway as some GPS systems will navigate to our neighbors house. The gates are cattle style gates, to enter the backyard lift straight up on the back metal lever and push forward. Our fencing is mostly split rail fencing with some privacy fencing as well. There is wire around the entire perimeter to ensure safety. If you have extra small or toy size dogs I would recommend caution, but the fence is secure. We occasionally hear some dogs barking in our neighborhood, and my dogs on occasion but rarely may bark as well. I would also note that there are a few indoor/outdoor cats in our neighborhood that can be seen from time to time. A couple of further notes to be aware of. First off, this is not a small yard that is perfectly kept with 100% grass coverage. It is a very large field with some large trees especially in the back. Because of that, if we get heavy rain it will likely be a bit soggy, and there might be some spots of mud. This is mostly noticeable in the cooler months, but even in the summer if we get enough rain it is possible. If you have any issues with your dogs running and playing in a large field/wooded environment after heavy rainfall please be aware and schedule accordingly! Another note is there is a train that runs along the back of the house beyond the fence up on the hill. The dogs never seem to mind it though, we actually like it! Other than that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope you enjoy!

North East Manor, Doggie Heaven

1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

8ac farmhouse property with plenty of options for your dogs to roam around and play. There's plenty of grassy areas to pick from. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed near the trampoline. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. The way to operate the water pump is to pull the lever up and all the way back and wait a few seconds and the water will come out the hose. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used up please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

The Oasis (3 Acres & Lake)

People have occasionally been showing up around the lake - please be aware of this We do test for blue green algae (scroll to picture 5) and we tested NEGATIVE. The lake is safe and not suffering from any toxic algae blooms. Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for your pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please maximum!
