The ultimate dog escape! A dreamy lake surrounded by rolling hills! Your dogs can experience wild foul, fish and cattle or spend their time time swimming away at the lake! There is a picnic table for your stuff and a great combination of sun and shade surrounding the lake! Please note, It is a little a walk to get down to our lake and the lake does not have any fencing. There are also cows that roam in the same field. The cows are harmless, but all fences must be shut while going in and out of the field. Our house is the only house on the right side of the road. Please do not stop/disturb the first houses on the left side of the driveway. Keep coming down our driveway and park near the light blue green house on the right. If you’re wondering if we test for toxic blue green algae, the answer is yes! The test was negative! Please see our pictures for confirmation of a negative test!

Approximately 5 acres of sloping, pasture-like land located at the top of a hill. This upper portion is available to run your dog. We share the land with turkeys, foxes, raccoons, possums, deer, coyotes, and bobcats. These loveable wildlife are generally only out at dawn, dusk, and after dark. Your dog must be well-behaved and listen to your commands not to chase these residents. We also have beehives back in the trees and ask that you and your dogs avoid this area for your safety and the safety of the bees.

Welcome to “Pep’s place”, Santa Rosa’s premier Sniffspot location. Located in the heart of Santa Rosa “Peps place” offers more than 1.25 acres of fully fenced dog Paradise. Dedicated to our late great German Shepherd Pepper, this was her favorite spot to chase a ball. A beautiful fenced-in 5 acre parcel with hills, a few trees, areas of short and tall grass. Dogs absolutely love it here. Occasionally we’ll see wild turkeys and a few deer (and a gopher or squirrel here and there) but otherwise a dog roaming paradise. Easy to pull in and park (near the empty barn) and there are several shady spots around property. I have a dog bowl, some treats and a few balls but also acquiring some more toys. My WiFi extends to a few areas outside the house but cell reception is fine here.

Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. Note: Current conditions are dry and the spot is 90% covered with medium bark to keep down the late season weeds. Please come prepared for these conditions. Note: On weekends during our olive harvest season (late October to early December) there will be workers in the orchard visible from the spot from time to time, quite a way away. Also, there may be cars parked near the spot parking area but these are our workers. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us. Book the 3pm time slot as I rent the field out to a dog walker who leaves with many cars of dogs around 230pm or slightly thereafter, so that you do not cross paths with one another. Agility equipment area has just been added to sniffspot. Enter through secondary gate within sniffspot.Enjoy your visit!! Sometimes I have time slots available that do not show on calendar. While there are no other animals on the property, our peaceful neighbors include a herd of sheep, and the adjacent lot boasts a large, empty barn. Wide open pasture, fully fenced in. There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in. Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! We now have a porta potty for guests!! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.

A really big lot for you and your furry friends to come and play. We’re just starting out so as far as amenities come, we’ll slowly be adding them but for now we have the basics. Huge fenced in yard, water, a few chairs, and a deck if you would like to get out of the sun. When you book, we need to secure our animals and get everything set up, due to that please give at least 2 hours notice. Any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask. Hope to see you soon 😊 PLEASE READ: There are very thick blackberry bushes directly behind the house… if your dog is determined they could get in the bushes and possibly in the canal hidden in the bushes. Please use caution when dog is near that area. Also, there are some small holes along the fence. If you have a small dog and they’re escape artists this may not be the yard for you until we fix it.

Easy parking. Large, multi-level backyard (terraces with grass), large dog friendly stairs, and paved area with table and chairs. Our neighbor, at the bottom of our yard has a dog, Bella, who will bark from time to time. Also, available for humans is a flushing “Portable restroom”.
