Approximately 5 acres of sloping, pasture-like land located at the top of a hill. This upper portion is available to run your dog. We share the land with turkeys, foxes, raccoons, possums, deer, coyotes, and bobcats. These lovable wildlife are generally only out at dawn, dusk, and after dark. Your dog must be well-behaved and listen to your commands not to chase these residents. We also have beehives back in the trees and ask that you and your dogs avoid this area for your safety and the safety of the bees. While the frontage is fenced, it is livestock fencing so small dogs can escape. If your dog does not listen to commands and is prone to be an escape artist, this may not be the spot for them. During dry season there are large cracks in the ground so be cautious. Ticks can also be prevalent during certain times of the year, so be sure to check yourself and your pup after a visit. Several neighboring properties have dogs in their fenced yards.

Perfect for off-leash training. Large oaks line the East fence and a winter swale will have water after it rains. Beautiful sunsets to the West over the vineyards, Mt. Jackson and the Coastal Range. Neighboring properties have horses, sheep, cows, and dogs. Please discourage your pup digging around the pavilion and trees. Parking is at the top of the property. I have 3.66 acres completely fenced, with multiple different areas that have table/chairs and off the ground dog beds. It is 1/3 mile to walk around the perimeter with animal trails around most of the borders. There are two water faucets in the entry way with a hose and two children’s swimming pools, dog toys and treats, and a dog waste station. Lots of photo ops with garden art, birdbaths and yard flags. Amazing views of the mountains, Clear Lake and Mt. Konocti around the property, especially on the hill. The pond in the property north of mine has an Osprey nest and you can see them flying over to the lake to fish. Lots of birds and wildlife visit the property. My lower area did have a seasonal pond last winter. The property is truly a peaceful sanctuary for dogs, and their owners.
