Awesome spot. The area is huge with lots for dogs to explore. The pond is amazing. There is a regular dock and a floating dock that your pup can jump off of. There is also a shallow entry to walk in. My pup is not okay off leash without a fence so we used a long leash. Luckily the owner had one in the toy box since I forgot mine at home. The toys were great. There is also a simple dog wash to get your pup cleaned off from the pond if you go in and a towel to dry them off. The grass was low and I didn’t see any dog poo. My pup is super reactive and there were no noises she reacted to while there so no cars, dogs or people. Will definitely return!

Huck had the time of his life playing long fetch and swimming in the pond. He’s a border collie mix, so he loves running, but we can’t do in our small townhome backyard. Thank you for sharing your space and providing such a great option for this. It is now officially the best Sniffspot we’ve been too thus far. We’ll be back!

Clean and fun spot. The dogs absolutely loved it. My mom and aunt came along for the ride and they enjoyed walking the property. Pups and humans alike get their steps in. The pond was intriguing to the dogs, they’re not water fans. We all had a great time even though it was colder than we thought it would be. Though it’s it’s listed as unfenced/partially fenced, it was not a problem for my 3.5 year old dog nor my 5 month old puppy. They both explored, but didn’t run away and came when called. It’s just too large a space for them to just disappear. Think of it as a dog park that you can’t see the perimeter.

This well maintained Sniffspot was a little slice of heaven for Chester. He enjoyed a couple of dips in the pond, sniffing around the waters edge, & checking out the area. He loves playing fetch & this spot is perfect for it. I had the opportunity to stretch those long legs of his. His tail never stopped wagging! I loved that I was able to just let him “be” off leash. It’s a very beautiful spot and the pond was delightful. Lots of places to sit with all the logs and trees down in the field. Thank you :-). I would not recommend this place if you have a dog that’s not good off lead. I brought a brand new young dog and he took off towards the horses next door. I was lucky that they were friendly about it but I won’t let it happen again. Long lead until he gets more training

Had a fantastic visit today with enough space to do parallel walking w a trainer for an improving reactive dog. Figaro was happy and calm at the spot and able to get to a distance he could learn with very low environmental triggers to worry over. Fall weather is good for here around the pond and sunny areas.

Lovely property in a really neat little area. My dog loved the pond! The horses next door get curious and walk up to the fence line, so do be aware of that if you have a dog that will be overly interested. I felt comfortable letting my dog off leash, but if her recall were weaker I would have been nervous. The property is big but not so big that a determined dog cannot easily leave if they don't feel like recalling. Great spot and we'll be back!

My pups had more fun than the first time because they weren’t as shy. I walked the perimeter with them and then they took off running and enjoying the pond. There are toys available, but my pups are only interested in a flirt pole, so I bring the flirt pole. Clean space to enjoy with your pups, even on a cold day. Will be back.

So much fun! The space is exactly as described and the host did a great job explaining where things were. It was a bit of a drive for us from Arlington but definitely well worth it, especially as my pup is all tired out and sleeping!
