The only Sniffspot with an indoor room in all of Indiana! I work at a local shelter and i started this spot to help our shelter dogs have a place to go enjoy time with their humans who don’t have yards and/or can’t enjoy public dog parks. *dog beer only available with a minimum 10 hour notice of visit to prepare. Our air conditioned Indoor space is ready for fun. My backyard dog park is filled with water fun, toys, obstacles, and more fun than you’ll find anywhere else. -my neighbors do have dogs but there is a big distance and privacy fence in between my yard and there’s and it hasn’t seem to disturb my guests and their (reactive) dogs much at all yet. She often puts them away if they get too much. -full privacy fence -yard obstacles like tires, a kids bench, kiddie pools, tree hanging tug toy, and more for your dog to enjoy playing in, on and around. -covered sandbox. We have a .25 acre yard that is fully fenced in a quiet neighborhood. The fence is a 5 foot tall aluminum fence and leaves plenty of space for your pups to run around. There are plenty of dog toys for you and your pups to play with!

Fully fenced in back and side yard with a brand new 6 foot privacy fence. There are three gates for easy access. A back patio with chairs, and you are welcome to the upper deck, as well. Hello! Welcome to our just under half acre fully fenced back yard! We are dog lovers and have 2 dogs of our own and want you and your dogs to have a safe space to run around and hangout! We recently upgraded our backyard privacy by adding 6 foot privacy screens to the entire side that is chain link fence. There are multiple sitting areas outside. And if you choose, you will also have access to our enclosed sunroom (for an extra fee) with space heater available for use. Hose access and water beverage dispenser for humans available upon request as well.

Located right off 96th and Ditch, convenient for travelers on I-465, Highway 31, or Michigan Rd. We have no dogs, but do have small children and a cat. This is not a good place for aggressive dogs for this reason, and because our neighbors have a dog (visible through the fence). Guests may park in the horseshoe circle drive in front of the house (please don't block the driveway to the garage) and let themselves into the back yard using the wrought iron gate next to the garage and trash cans. This 5+ acre parcel is full of fallow field fun for you and your pets! This farm is also a certified wildlife habitat, so it's great for birding if you enjoy that! Humans can stay on the mowed pathways while the dogs roam the open fields. Active farming activities including beehives, vegetable growing areas and bramble patch are some of the farming activities you might encounter! While the area is only partially fenced, a large ditch to the south, creek to the north, and natural wooded boundaries define the edges of the parcel. Recommended for dogs on leash or under good voice control as a nearby road is quite busy. Feel free to view the growing areas and honeybee activity, but please do not allow dogs to enter or dig in active crop areas nor molest the beehive located in the far SW corner of the property. Our property is a mix of 2 open pastures, and trails through the woods. There is a smaller totally fenced in area (former goat enclosure) that’s great for working on recall and scent work. We have 2 houses with yards at the address. Simply follow the driveway past the yards to the Spot behind. When you see the white barn, you’re there! Feel free to roam and play. Off leash is fine as long as your friend has good recall. Our dogs have their own fenced yards up at the houses. Our property borders a riding stable on one side, so you may see horses and riders. On the other side of the property is a shooting range (about a mile away) so if your pooch is gun shy be aware you could hear shots.

Absolutely stunning and extremely rare large property in the heart of downtown Indy! Our dogs love it, and so will yours!

Fenced yard with mulched playground with swings, rope climb, monkey bars, sand box, for human kiddos. Summertime has veggie gardens to admire and a table, chairs, & lounge chair to relax in. No picking though please. Hot tub is also not included at this price. Property has surveillance cameras. Please park on my driveway or on the street but not directly across from a neighbor’s driveway.
