There is a pond on the property without a fence around it. A dog have the ability to get out of the yard if they swim across the pond, but it is to a large cut field that we also own. The pond is mostly covered in duck weed all summer but is lovely in the spring and fall. It doesn't fully freeze in the winter. I own a very passive, but young dog that can come out and play if your dog wants a one on one friend. I'd like them to meet with me around first before booking a play time. Fencing is chainlink and farm fencing down the sides. Smaller dogs may be able to escape through the farm fencing. Seating on front porch and rear deck. Rear deck has an umbrella for shade. There is a bunch of parking in the driveway.

Fresh water and sticks, balls available. It is country area so we have wildlife (raccoons, coyotes, hawks, eagles, deer and deer ticks) to be aware of.

We have three areas for you to enjoy, all are fully fenced and are included in the rental price. We have a fully fenced acre of woods with a trail that goes through to explore. It is accessed through the gate in the backyard. We also have a front yard and deep backyard, great for running, fetch and recall training. The yard is 1.5 acres and also fully fenced. During the summer you have access to two seating areas including a picnic table, gazebo for shade (seasonally) a 30 foot tether is also available if you would like to have your dog stay beside you while you relax. During the winter, paths are plowed in both yards and in the woods within 3-5 hours of a significant snowfall. Hard packed snow and mild weather can create icy sections on the property, we put down sand and pet safe ice melt on the trails to help. Feel free to contact us for trail conditions before booking. All dog breeds welcome, reactive dogs welcome.

New timeslots open up daily. Our Sniffspot is our backyard (attached to the house), which is about 1.5 acres of mostly open lawn... great for playing fetch or running at top speed! It is securely fenced with 5' fencing. There is seating, gazebo, dog toys, and agility equipment and a dog pool in the summer. In the winter there are plowed paths. A separate, 8 acre fenced field with walking paths is also available. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs welcome. Red dots are dogs and yellow is people. Although we ask guests to pick up, our yard is huge and will never be perfect. If you have a dog who eats fecal matter that is not muzzle trained, they may be able to find something in the yard. This is our front yard, newly fenced in August 2024. 5 foot tall chain link with dig prevention. Please note that although it's a private, fenced area, there may be active animals or humans from properties near by that your dog may react to. Our space is mostly grass, there is a bit of gravel and a few dust spots where the dogs like to dig and roll.
