Such a great spot, one I compare all other sniff spots to! Always well kept. I had an issue with accidentally scheduling for the wrong day and the owner was kind enough to give me a discount next time I visit! Definitely a place I recommend to anyone in need of a good private hike!

We had an AMAZING time here and will definitely be back. Easy to find, it’s easily marked where to park and where to go when you get there, along with good directions from the owner. We had the perfect off leash hike through the woods, nice trails and quiet. I have absolutely no complaints at all and am thankful to the owner for opening their space for others to enjoy. It’s a beautiful piece of land!

This was our second time here, I absolutely love it and so do my girls. There’s train tracks, hills, woods, creek- anything and everything for my girls and it wears them out! Thank you for having us and we will be back again!

Had an amazing time exploring this property with my two pups. There was designated parking and marker flags to identify areas to enjoy. The land had good elevation changes that made for good hiking through the woods. The property is rugged and can get muddy depending on weather so my hiking boots were very handy. There was a handful of small ponds for the fur babies and they got a peak at some farm animals as well! There is also a trash can by the parking to dispose of waste bags after your adventures. I recommend reserving a minimum of two hours to really explore all there is to offer.

This is a fantastic spot! We had such a nice afternoon exploring. The owner provided instructions on what do to when you get there and how to find the wooded trails! The place is easy to find and the parking is well parked too. We will definitely be back!

Our first visit, and likely won’t be our last! We had a great time! The property is clean, and areas are well marked. Tricia messaged well ahead of time to let us know there would be machinery operating due to some improvements they’re making, and offered to have us reschedule if this would be an issue for my dog. My dog couldn’t care less, but I’m sure others may, so it was a very thoughtful heads up and I definitely appreciated it! My dog loved the freedom on the trails and exploring the creek bed, and there was plenty of open space to toss her frisbee.

Lovely big yard with a nice high, secure fence - perfect for fetch and running. The owner communicated that she had cleaned up the yard prior to my visit and that was true - things were very clean! My dog had a wonderful time running free and playing with no worries. I am so grateful to have had this day. She also LOVED one of the tug toys that was there! I have a big dog, but a small dog might be able to sneak out through a few gaps under the fence, just a heads up. The owner tried to block most of them. The neighbor’s dog barked when we first arrived but we never saw it once we got into the backyard - it was super quiet back there. Great communication from the owner and I will definitely book again!

James was a great host for our dogs and us The neighborhood was quiet and yard was plenty spacious for our two little dogs to run around. James provided us with everything we needed. Even had water for the dogs and bug spray ready on the table for us when we got there. Plenty of toys for the dogs to play with as well. Overall the yard was great. We didn't notice any holes in the fence. There were two mole mounds but that didn't bother our dogs much. Grass was well maintained. One of the neighbor's dog did come out in the morning and started barking which triggered our dogs to bark a little, but I can't fault James for that. Dogs need to come out and pee in the morning. Great location, will come again.

Spot was lovely for playing fetch and letting my dog sniff - he had a great time! Spot was clean and had water/bowl and bug spray available, plus a bucket and pooper scooper clearly marked. The time went by way too fast! The neighbor’s dog did come out and bark at the shared fence. My dog was unbothered, but still good information to know, and the listing disclosed this so can’t complain. We would love to book again!

Once again James and his yard were great. I was late arriving, but I told James I’d leave on time and James said to go ahead and take my full hour. His yard is great and he had water out. We love this spot.
