Acres of fields, creek, woods and trails for you and your dog to enjoy! Our farm is unfenced, feel free to let your dogs off leash at your discretion. We do have farm animals in enclosed areas, they are friendly and enjoy visitors but please make sure your dogs are well behaved with them! We have fields for playing ball and frisbee or any type of training you are working on. Head to the woods for trails and exciting adventures! Be prepared, you may see lots of wildlife including deer, squirrels, turtles, turkeys,woodpeckers and owls! Please have fun “hunting” for turtles, geodes, deer sheds and morels— but do not pick or collect them. Please leave these finds on the farm! Poop bags and trash cans available near the parking area. Note the pink flags to lead you to the woods, and for property markers- stay inside the property please- you won’t have any trouble with this with so much room to explore. It is hilly and can get steep so only go where you feel comfortable! Wear old shoes if headed to the woods! Have fun!! We have added some play areas for your pups including a sand digging spot, a tether tug and tunnel. **Very soon we will have frisbee golf baskets for you to enjoy while your pup plays. Bring your own discs *** Our pond is currently under construction to added increased size, depth and fish. Please be patient during construction! Our main "Pond SniffSpot" is CURRENTLY OPEN and available most of the year. It's a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. See photo captions. Our "Alternate SniffSpot" is CURRENTLY CLOSED, and only made available when our "Pond SniffSpot" is closed. It's a fully fenced 1 acre pasture. It's very private, and generally more "woody" than the Pond Sniffspot, containing trees, fields, and mowed trails (but no pond). See photo captions. 8 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Huber Heights, Ohio Welcome to our puppy play land! We have 8 acres, including a pond, creek, trails and woods you and your dog can play in. We welcome you and your pup to come play and run free. Your pup can swim in the pond, or play in the creek, or just run the trails past the creek. We ask that you clean up after yourself and your pup, there is a trash can at the barn, along with a pooper scooper and baggies. This is our main residence and there are cameras all around our property, just for your information.

When walking the trails, you'll be able to possibly see horses, and here the occasional chicken, goat, or cow!

Our puppy loves to run around our property. We have a barn with concrete patio with folding chairs for you to enjoy the shade. There is a large dirt hill that my children and dog love to dig in. We have an outhouse (no running water currently at the land) that needs to be locked up after use to keep large animals out. There is a woods behind our barn that we do not travel in much as it does not have paths yet. However, if you like to explore with your dog, you’re able. There is an old fence line within the woods to distinguish the line. The king driveway is a perfect turn. For our dog as we drop her off and let her run back to the barn. Please ask any questions!
