We offer 2 SniffSpots in quiet, rural, Germantown, OH, offering acres of beautiful, fenced or unfenced fields, for you and your dogs to jump and play, sit back and relax, or enjoy however you like. SniffSpot 1 is an unfenced, mowed, 1/2 acre, open field, with shaded seating and scenic views. SniffSpot 2 is a fully fenced 2 acre converted pasture. It's very private, containing a pond, picnic table, fields, and woods, with mowed border and mowed trails. Garbage cans, Dog drinking water, hose/spigot, and refreshments are available. Acres of fields, creek, woods and trails for you and your dog to enjoy! Our farm is unfenced, feel free to let your dogs off leash at your discretion. We do have farm animals in enclosed areas, they are friendly and enjoy visitors but please make sure your dogs are well behaved with them! We have fields for playing ball and frisbee or any type of training you are working on. Head to the woods for trails and exciting adventures! Be prepared, you may see lots of wildlife including deer, squirrels, turtles, turkeys,woodpeckers and owls! Please have fun “hunting” for turtles, geodes, deer sheds and morels— but do not pick or collect them. Please leave these finds on the farm! Poop bags and trash cans available near the parking area. Note the pink flags to lead you to the woods, and for property markers- stay inside the property please- you won’t have any trouble with this with so much room to explore. It is hilly and can get steep so only go where you feel comfortable! Wear old shoes if headed to the woods! Have fun!! We have added some play areas for your pups including a sand digging spot, a tether tug and tunnel. **Very soon we will have frisbee golf baskets for you to enjoy while your pup plays. Bring your own discs *** Our pond is currently under construction to added increased size, depth and fish. Please be patient during construction! Your dogs are welcome to get in any of the current ponds during construction 🦺

We have 2.5 acres. We have 9 rescue dogs who require no fence because the woods and creek enclose our property. The creek has a perfect place for the dogs to swim. Our dogs are all indoor dogs so if someone is booked they will be safely inside.

Trails are very private and secluded, once you pass the house, you’re on your own. Any and all dogs welcome, especially good for reactive dogs because of how private it is. Unique Sniffspot. I am currently new to this site and very excited to know that I can actually enjoy my property a lot more knowing that there could be other people here and a long with their fur babies...I have 12 dogs on the property right now because I have a litter of pups. But we all get along and we are always on our best behavior. They love attention as much as they can get. It's usually pretty quiet back here and it's real nice by the creek even with all the talk grass growing. Your welcome to come and check it out. As soon as you get a second away from ur destination we are the very first house on the left the property goes on back. I would be happy to guide you and show you around.

I have two acres with plenty of parking. I do not have any dogs but friends/family members dogs come out and visit often. I do have a tie out, a covered porch with table and chairs, and a dog house. It is not fenced in and there are dogs next door on an invisible fence so I do ask that your dog is on a leash or has a great recall as to not bother the other dogs next door. There is a creek that runs through the property at the back, towards the field. I will provide drinking bowls/water, a kiddie play pool, and water +snacks for owners as long as I know in advance! 😊 all doggos deserve to have the room to play!

The backyard is fully fenced, 1 acre sniff area. Our small farm is the perfect place for dogs to explore all the smells! Farm Animals, wildlife, and rotating foster dogs give this place lots of scent. Tug ropes hang from the trees, Fresh Water is available as well as a kiddie pool & pond. Domestic animals will be moved to a secure area during your pups session. Enjoy! The back pasture is available as well in our extras tab. 10 acres of praire is a serene place to go for a walk. A longline has been provided (suitable for small - med dogs) & Behind the barn is a digging spot! A Swiftpaws Lure course & a grooming station can be made available in the extras section.

14 acres of lush green grass for your dogs to run their hearts out and so many places to sniff and explore. Regularly have wild turkeys, rabbits, deer, skunks, and possums. There is water in the back with a hose to wash down your dog or get them a drink.
