This spot was perfect for our two dogs! Clean and well kept! The toys that were provided were scattered around the yard which made it fun for our dogs to find. Easily accessible but will have to travel down a gravel road (wasn’t an issue for us). Great experience, I definitely recommend coming :)

We have 2 miniature Schnauzers that are 10 months old, one of them is extremely reactive to people 😮‍💨. It was so refreshing to be at this location and let them run around until their little hearts were content. They ran and ran and ran around the entire perimeter, very happy pups! Thank you to the owner for opening up your yard for families like us, it made our day. God bless you and your family.

This huge fenced in yard is my five Staffies happy place. It’s wide open and flat. I can keep an eye on them at all times while they run and run. Very well kept too. We will be returning often.

If i could give Sam’s farm five hundred million stars, I would. My two dogs had an absolute blast, even in the 8am heat, sniffing and running and check out the massive space. 100% recommend and will book again.

Perfect spot for the doggies to run and play. The host was great and the yard was well kept and easy access through the barn. Just make sure you bring water and bowls for your pup.

Sam’s SniffSpot was wonderful!! Extremely clean, lawn was freshly cut, and fencing was nice and secure. There is some shade, and the lawn area itself has a gentle slope to it, so as not to wear pups out too much! One note, bring some water with you. Will definitely visit again!

Great spot for long, wide open runs. My 2 were exhausted after their time there. Grass was mowed, areas in the shade to cool down.

This spot was well maintained, big, and quiet. My dog is easily over stimulated making exercising him challenging but this spot was perfect. The only thing I’d say is that the listing says there is a stream which you see driving in but it’s not in the fenced sniff spot so just to clarify that for future guests. Overall my dog had a great time.

Clean, quiet private and Walter the dog loved it, he saw a dog in the window of the house and wanted to play, but quickly moved on to something else. Lots of room to run and fence line to sniff.

We always enjoy the time and the space is wonderful, my whippet can really get out and run. Wish i didn’t live 35 mins away, he sleeps all the way home, and is ready to run again!

This is a lovely spot that has lots of room for romping and sniffing. It was clean and mowed with nice views all around. The fence had no gaps. Parking was easy and it felt like a safe environment. We will visit again. It was closer to home than I realized. I also liked the sliding barn door entrance.

This is a nice spot where the dogs can run and you don't have to worry about them getting through holes. There is a dog bowl for water and seats. I look forward to going when it isn't so cold :)

Our two dogs had a great time! We explored both the open and fenced areas. The fenced area was nice and dry but the unfenced area was quite muddy after the rain a couple days ago. We could hear the neighbors dog barking pretty loudly. Our dogs were unphased but if you have a reactive dog might be something to consider.
