A large 1/3 acre fully fenced back yard, safe and dog friendly. Dogs may experience squirrels, birds and butterflies depending on the season! As the weather is changing and days are getting shorter please book no later than 6:30pm. 🐶 If you are looking for a quiet and secluded place for your fur babies to play you have found the right spot. This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder). Take the easement down from the cul de sac and parking is to the left of gate in yard. Please pick up after your pets. Bags and dumpster are provided to ensure we can have a safe, clean spot for everyone. We have construction going on at the property about a few hundred feet away. The only fenced area is my backyard fenced in spot, the rest of the property is not fenced and your dog(s) must be on leash for their safety. There is plenty of wildlife on the property at any given time so be prepared to come across squirrels, rabbits and deer.

FYI: we do live in a rural area, during hunting season you may hear gun shots in the distance. 🔥 propane heater now available for use in the fall and winter. Otherwise, we will respect your space :) - Trash cans are on the outside of the garage on the far right side -Please bring a water bowl especially in the hotter months, the hose is on the south side of the house by the driveway! I used to leave a bowl out but not any more due to avoiding respiratory infections. - Plugs on side of garage and under a cover on the deck - Lights available for the deck and on the back of the garage, by request Please try to keep dogs out of the perennial garden by the deck as much as possible, although I understand it’s not plausible at all times. I don’t mind them sniffing in there, just don’t want any dogs running in there if possible Thank you!
