First visit but I think we will be back! Water is quite low in the creek so it’s a splash, not a swim. Such a lovely place for a walk.

Pathways/property are well taken care of. Some areas of the mowed paths have short spiked plants, but I was in sandals and didn’t find them to be an issue neither did my dogs. The dogs had a blast catching discs, rolling grass and dunking themselves in the water. We will be back!

Huge place, lots of space for dogs to run around. The creek is small and stagnant water so don’t make a reservation with just that in mind. Go for the space, privacy and to watch your pups be free and wild.

This was great spot and I’m going back tomorrow. Right now the creek is crystal clear and just deep enough in the middle that my 60 pound dog had to swim in to fetch his ball. The open pasture was perfect for him to run around in the tall grass and dry off. The autumn colors are beautiful right now!

Beautiful place to spend a couple of hours this afternoon. When walking near the creek, it truly felt like we were alone in the wilderness. It was great that there was a mowed path to follow around the property as it felt like walking along a nature trail.

So amazing!! Such a gorgeous setting, super spacious and the creek is the best! Our dogs love the water and they were in heaven! The mowed paths are fantastic for us two legged folks...so comfortable for walking. We will be regular visitors for sure 😊

My dog really enjoyed this park!! Mot fully fenced (as it says) but my dog doesn’t stray too far from me so it was perfect for us !! There is creek access, but a house right across the creek that has the same access & I wasn’t sure if they had a dog or not so we didn’t spend much time there but a nice option for those who aren’t worried about that !!

Great spot to take your dog if he gets stressed or anxious being around other dogs! To have a spot like this all to yourself with no worry about letting your dog off leash is a blessing. Especially to have clean water in the creek for your dog to enjoy on a hot day is awesome! We will definitely be bringing our boy back there!

Perfect Easter outing for my boys. Lots of sniffing, ball playing and rolling through the snow. The entrance is fairly muddy so boots are in order.

The Paddock here is clean and dry. I was worried it might be muddy as it is Spring, but it’s not at all. There are some snowy patches under the trees on the south side but the field is clear. I love coming here to watch the boys run and enjoy themselves, and they love it too.

We had a great time! My guy hasn’t been offleash anywhere but our backyard in years after he became dog selective from too many bad interactions at public dog parks. The area is very spacious with lots of room for big dogs to run. And so much to sniff if your dog is a big sniffer like mine! I almost hate to give this hidden gem a good rating in case it gets too busy! We booked extra time last minute because no one was booked after us and stayed for an hour and a half. We’ll definitely be back!

Are dog parks good for dogs?

It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks.
