Our golden is 7 months old and has played in a fenced yard, that has some serious slope at points. To be able to use a big flat area for him to fully run is pretty cool!! This was a nice clean fully fenced area. Our boy only lasted about 20 minutes, he’s just not used to running so much. We will be back to use pool as well!

This place is great! Beautiful, fully fenced property that has a lot of open space to run around and a couple of trees that provide shade. The owner even has some dog toys in the yard. My dog loved running around here! A great place for training as well.

Our dogs absolutely loved the pool! It was perfect for a hot summer day. Owners should definitely bring sunscreen though because the pool area doesn’t have any canopies for shade.

Easy to find. Easy access to the pool gate from the driveway. Loved the bench seat in the deep end as a rest place for new doggie swimmers!

This was my first time using Sniffspot, and I guarantee, it won't be my last. Danielle's 1 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park- with option for pool usage! Purcellville! was an amazing experience. I rescued my Lab back in April, and this was the first time she has been able to run off-leash in a safe environment and she had so much fun. We got the option for the pool because I wasn't sure if she was a "swimmer" or not so I brought my two little granddaughters and they had so much fun swimming in the pool. After about 10 minutes, Lucy (chocolate lab) jumped in and then there was no stopping her. She had a blast swimming and fetching a pool toy. I wish I had found this at the beginning of the summer, but I promise, we will be back. Thank you, Danielle, for sharing your great property with us.

Our dog loved the big yard. Lots of freedom to run and sniff. He didn’t want to leave, but finally we were able to get him to let us put the harness/leash on. He was so very happy and relaxed the entire drive home. Thank you for allowing us to use your yard so our pup can enjoy himself.
