Meander along the old miniature train track paths — right now they’re a winter wonderland under a blanket of snow, but come spring and summer they’ll be groomed into charming walking loops that add a touch of whimsy to every visit. The firepit is currently closed for its royal renovation and will return bigger, better, and ready for cozy evenings this spring. You’ll find everything taken care of: dedicated off-street parking in our private driveway, complimentary poop bags, garbage cans, and a tote stocked with extra toys and balls for your dog to claim as their own while they’re here. We’re brand-new hosts who are absolutely thrilled to open our gates. However, the fencing is a mix of 50% horse board-style fencing with 50% cattle panel type fencing along the roads at the front and along both sides of the property. Horse farms are on either side of the property and the horses to the south will come up to the fence and are very curious. The back of the property is open forest with board fencing as well. Lots of room for you and your dog(s) to run and play. Approximately 20 acres of open fields. No muddy areas and fields are well drained and dry.
