Located on a small private horse farm, we offer a safe and fun place to come play with agility equipment, run around, and just have fun. We do not offer lessons or agility training, and all equipment is for entertainment and playing. While some pieces are "competition quality" they are NOT intended to be representative of a true agility school's professional obstacles. Please know your dog's limitations and be smart and safe when using the equipment. The yard is fairly well lighted so that use in the short days of winter is possible. When booking during the dark, lights will be turned on for use. There is seating and a toy box that you can feel free to use. There are security cameras mounted near the back door as well as several outdoor security cameras on various outbuildings. Booking this spot means consent to monitoring. The deck is considered a private area and not open for use at this time.

Welcome to our yard… and home to our “$10 guarantee.” We love our animals above all else and want to make sure everyone can afford to have a large, safe place for their pups to run and play. That’s why, despite our overwhelming growth in popularity over the past year, we pledge to all our visitors that we won’t raise the price above $10. This is a very large fenced yard behind a single family home close to the end of a cul de sac. Back of yard is up against a small stream and a tree line. There is a small grassy trench that runs part of the yard so be careful if running with your dog! Discover a Maryland woodland with your dog. Let your dog scramble up a rock wall - nature's parkour, while you soak in the beauty of a cathedral of oak trees. Watch your dog learn with a mirror at dog height, a PVC tube where you talk in one end and the dog listens on the other, start a tug of war on lariet rope, let your dog tumble after a ball on the green hill. Dogs experience the texture of river rocks, mulch, digging dirt, tall grass, rocks and a sometimes slippery mowed hill. Plenty sun and shade and seats. Members can expand on their experiences with use of the fire pit. Firewood is complimentary and I ask for a day notice. On request Members can also borrow the Resident Dog Beach Pass during their stay. This gives access to the Community private Cheapeake Bay Beach 0.4 miles down the street. On a personal note from your host, I was an AirBnB Superhost in downtown Annapolis running a dog-friendly place. When I moved to Pasadena I wanted to continue the tradition, of welcoming both sides of the leash.

Please park at the top of the hill by the large metal barn and walk down the hill on the path on the right to the pond. We are open occasional hours due to surveying and construction soon to be started. Please message me if you have a specific time you want to come out and I will open for you if possible! Dogs can run, swim, play and explore the 18 acres of fields above our farm pond. Seating, water and lots of parking. We are only 3 miles from the Baltimore Beltway, 12 miles from the Inner Harbor! Welcome to the Blue House Play Park! *Update, Recently built a Pergola over the Picnic table area. It is built and solid feel to use that area. Im still working on putting the finishing touches on it (Retractable Cover to replace umbrella, lights, vines, outdoor heating, wood staining.)* **Also I have put out some Halloween decorations, feel free to let your dogs sniff/pee on them 😅, or just desensitize them to decorations. Easy to find and convenient entrance to the backyard right in front of the driveway. Feel free to park on the drive or in front of the house if parking is available, or anywhere you see fit in the cul-de-sac. You will have uninterrupted time with your pup(s) in my large fenced-in backyard. I have one doggo but won't be outside during your booked time. Feel free to use the hose for water and the trash can to dispose of waste. I have a container of dog toys available for use, as well as added agility equipment for those who wish to do a little training. Feel free to use the hose/wash area to rinse off your dogs paws after play, no need to add the extra for that. The extra is if you want all the other stuff included for a more in depth bathing. The grass in the yard is cut every two weeks during the summer leading into the fall months. There may be some divots/holes in the yard so please watch your footing.

There is lots of space for your dog(s) to run, and ample room to play fetch. There is plenty of outdoor seating to relax while you watch your dog(s) play and explore. The back right corner of the yard has a play area with a playhouse, caterpillar tunnel, tire tunnel, climbing cube, climbing dome, car bed, the biggest tire you’ve ever seen, and hammock. We also have a bunch of dog toys, including several herding balls of various sizes. Part of our yard is shady and part is sunny. You get the best of both worlds. The pool is completely fenced off from the rest off the yard. You don’t have to worry about your dog(s) accidentally falling in. Our yard is handicap accessible. There are no stairs to climb. The entrance to the backyard is a flat grassy area. The gate leading to the back yard is wide enough for a wheelchair or power chair. The yard has a slight incline, but there are no major obstacles that would prevent a wheelchair from moving around. We are located in Sykesville, MD which is about 30 mins from Baltimore and Columbia. 15 minutes from Owings Mills, Ellicott City, and Westminster.

An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. Thanks for stopping by! We have a large fenced in backyard, great for your pet's playtime or puppy play dates! More than enough room for a dozen dogs! Our patio features a gazebo WITH overhead fan. Plenty of shade during the warmer months and a fire pit offers some extra warmth during the cooler months. During the summer season, Extras such as a puppy pool, Lounge Pool for Humans and sprinklers will be made available! Amenities: Snacks, Bottled Waters, and Poop Bags are always included. Wifi is available as well. We are a smoke friendly yard - lighter and ashtray are located on the patio table. Please dispose of all waste in the trashcan. Seating: We have 4 Chairs under the gazebo. We also have 5 other lounge chairs available in the yard. Parking: Our driveway can accommodate 7-9 vehicles. Street Parking is also available. If using the driveway, please pull far enough in to allow other vehicles to enter/exit.

We have a beautiful 80 acre farm with loads of space for furry friends and their owners to enjoy! Trails, a pond, creek, seating areas for relaxing , swings if children come along. There is truly something for everyone! Be sure to check out our seasonal extras! *please fill in any holes your dog may dig. If your dog is a digger please visit our over grown arena which is at the very top of our driveway and has a bridge . They can dig to their hearts content in that location! This is a working farm! We have animals that need tending too, so you may hear us from time to time on equipment/ tending to our animals! We have options of fenced in spaces for our friends that prefer to be closed in, a space for climbing and digging , and open spaces to run or trails to walk! Currently back trails are not officially marked but path is clear with tire tracks. Please be mindful of trees or branches from above and below. Possible risk of tripping and falling in the paths.
