This is a dog’s dream, with multiple levels, water play in a resort style pool, fruit trees and flowers galore. Come play or splash in this fully fenced yard off La Tuna Canyon in Los Angeles. SPOT/POOL RULES (please read) *This is a private session for your pets, please supervise your dog at all times. *Two pet parents per dog, please. Additional humans can be added as an extra. Children are not allowed on the site for safety reasons. *The deep end of the pool is up to 9 ft deep. Pets & humans swim at their own risk. The host is not responsible for any liability as there is NO lifeguard on site. *Pet parents are welcome to enter the pool to help and support your dog swimming, but are asked to primarly remain on dry ground. Please note NO BATHROOM is provided. *Please do not touch any pool system control in the backyard. You will be responsible for the damage if misused. *Please watch out for your dogs' activities at all times. The host is not liable for any injuries or damages that could happen to dogs and pet parents. *Please bring your own towels. *Pool is professionally cleaned by the pool cleaning company every Tuesday and there might be pool chemicals. * Before going in the pool please use the provided deshedding brush on long-haired breeds to keep the pool clean. Feel free to use the provided pool skimmer to clean the surface of the pool of any dog hair. *Please close the pool umbrella at the end of your visit if you used it. *No dog treats/human food or glassware in the pool. *Please note there are external security cameras on the side gate entrances and the backyard. Hose with "shower" feature available for dogs who like to run around in the water on hot summer days. Water bowl. Hammock. My dog (3 y.o./f mutt, 17 lbs, and very social) is generally inside the house with me, as I work from home, and she can come out to play with your dog if you're looking for a playmate. If not though and your dog prefers solo sniffs, that's okay too! We'll stay inside and give you full privacy.

Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos. (You can cancel the required Sniffpass Subscription immediately after your first visit too)

Our backyard is where our two dogs and many foster pups love to run around and smell all the many smells wafting around, hence we call it the Snoot Spot. The grass area is approx 32ft by 17ft. Our dirt area is about the same. There are many places for your dogs to dig, smell, or even just sploot in the sun (my Maltipoo loves sunbathing on our little stage.) We have an orange tree that you can pick from at no additional cost and comfy chairs you can relax in as you watch your pup play. You are also welcome to park in our driveway and turn on our patio lights.
