The privacy fence blocks most of the visuals, but it can get a bit noisy with kids playing and planes overhead. There’s a couple neighborhood dogs, a few bark from inside their homes. We have a resident cat who will occasionally snooze in the window sill. ⚠️ the neighbor dog is occasionally an escape artist and will wander over from across the street to sniff the green space next to our yard. Resident dog may bark briefly from indoors at you but will be out of direct sight. The Off-Leash Dog Park at 7644 4th Ave in Richfield, Minnesota offers a spacious area for dogs to play and socialize. Dogs are required to have a city-issued license, rabies vaccination, and collar. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult, and handlers are limited to three dogs each. Leashes must be used upon entry and exit, and waste must be promptly disposed of. Aggressive dogs will be removed immediately. No food, treats, toys, or glass containers are allowed. Small dog area available. Winter Update 2025/2026 - still open for sniffs! We’ve taken down the hammock and the sunshade on the gazebo, and put the pool away… but still open for sniffing fun! Nearly 1/3 of an acre in Roseville available for your dog to sniff until their heart’s content! Open mowed grassy area wide enough for zoomies and long enough for fetch, as well as natural/unmanicured shaded areas for “jungle sniffari’s”. Not far off of Highway 36 and 35E, enjoy the perks of room to run while having the privacy of your own space. Plenty of seating for humans underneath a shaded gazebo, with a table and basic amenities for guest use. Please be aware that we do have other dogs in the neighborhood. This includes our direct neighbors to the north, who we share a chain link fence with. If you are visiting on an evening or weekend, there’s a good chance their dog will be outside also! Be careful of any ice that may be around - the “grippy stuff” I put down is cat litter for traction… totally dog safe!

The Bloomington Off-Leash Recreation Area is an unfenced dog park located at Nesbitt Ave & W 111th St in Bloomington, Minnesota.
