Please don’t let your dog jump on the fences, and please keep them out of the vegetation. Let your dog’s experience play heaven! Our ranch is close to town and a short jot off of I5. Seasonal creek that runs 3/4 of the year, offering a great swimming hole for your fur babies. Flat land with some short grass areas and taller hay field areas. Mostly fenced and very safe area to run free. You will get use of the full 10 acres and our cattle will be watching you play from there slice of heaven which is separated with fencing. Come enjoy the tranquility and peace while relaxing on a picnic bench and watching your your best friends have a play day like no other!

Does your fur baby long for adventure? Bring them to our 40 acres where they can explore private trails, drink from the creek, and run free!

2 acres all fenced, barbed wire and gates around the whole property , a large area in the upper area securely fenced, (repairing part of it due to the snow, ) a creek to play in, leashed is best for that area parking on top of lot by the house, my dogs, all small are inside and have a separate fenced area for them. Country setting. As it gets hotter parts will be your call due to being in a rural area where wild life is present every now and then. After the first visit and you get to know your parimeters, You will be left to enjoy your pup and the beautiful area to enjoy together.... Pets must be vaccinated with current rabies proof. There is a hose to provide water for your pet also, the water tastes great and its ice cold. Please byob....bring your own bowl. Dogs must be socialized and non aggressive. Alpha dogs should be on leash at all times other then in the fully fenced area.....thank you

Fenced or unfenced Country setting with creek, The water in the creek is not very deep. And there will always be water and green grass available. My dogs are in a controlled area away from all the other dogs There will be doggie bags for them.

Right off of I-5. Completely fenced property across the street from Holiday Market, gas station, Subway, Hops & Shops, Ace Hardware, pizza parlor, walk-in veterinary clinic, coffee shop, and MORE! Also Tesla charging stations right across the street as well.
