U can park beside the barn and have an awesome walk, sniff all the things. Bring rain boots or shoes u don’t love lol It can get mucky on the trails at times. Also, there may be farmers out there so if your dog is reactive, maybe come on a weekend.

However, the fencing is a mix of 50% horse board-style fencing with 50% cattle panel type fencing along the roads at the front and along both sides of the property. Horse farms are on either side of the property and the horses to the south will come up to the fence and are very curious. The back of the property is open forest with board fencing as well. Lots of room for you and your dog(s) to run and play. Approximately 20 acres of open fields. No muddy areas and fields are well drained and dry. It's got 4ft. high fencing with the access door directly from the driveway. It's gravel so no ticks, mud or puddles. In warmer months the hose is available to you. From June to October, two market umbrellas will shade half the space, and two patio chairs give you a place to sit while your pup(s) play. Lighting at night year round. This space has accommodated 10 dogs of all sizes at one time with ample room for all, but for your visit, it's all yours for one to two dogs. Please note that during your visit there will likely be dogs in my house, either staying for the day or boarding. Expect to hear them bark, but they won't be outside with you. Park on my driveway or on the street in front of my house. Feel free to ask me about anything that I've not yet mentioned. I look forward to hosting your private playtime!
