22 forested acres with private trails and an open field area located in the power line clearing. Includes private land access to state forest trails with views. Once you park you will see the trail entrance into the forest in front of you. Take the trail down to the creek. Water levels in the creek vary depending on the time of year. Cross the creek using the foot bridge and head through the forest. In about .3 miles you will come out into the powering line clearing. Feel free to explore everything in front of you and to the left (north). There are several wide open grass spaces in the power line to play fetch or just let the dogs run and be dogs. I will send you detailed instructions for the hike up the mountain upon request. This is a real hike and I recommend hiking attire. Please bring water for yourself and your dogs. The hike is about 3.5 miles and 800 feet of elevation gain. I recommend booking at least 2 hours to complete. If you want to hang out and enjoy the views you may want to book more than 2 hours.

Fully fenced backyard in Lake Forest Park, just 1 mile northwest of Third Place Books at the Towne Centre. The yard is grass, and the covered porch under the balcony is cement. A variety of toys are available in a plastic bin on the porch labeled Sniffspot for any interested pups. Some lawn chairs are also available on the porch for any humans, and two water bowl are present for thirsty pups after some hard play :). Spigot is located on the south-facing wall between the porch and some rose bushes. An unoccupied dog house across the yard under the tallest tree is also available for pups to duck into and explore.

Plenty of critters for your dogs to chase. Mole, voles, gophers. You might see an occasional deer. Enjoy the open, quiet atmosphere. Reminder:: there is a blue mailbox next to the gate by the fenced area. There are some supplies in there, like poop bags, hand sanitizer and other. The wind blows so bad it unrolls the little bags when I have them out. I will get another lid for the waste container.

The entrance is over the bridge where the creek is and 'From Creek to Back of Property' is all yours to explore. You may unleash your doggies right after the bridge and chain the gate if you want. Then, up the hill you go to 'hike up the mini forest', free to roam around, listen to the birds, squirrels and other critters and sounds that nature brings you. The back of property behind fence is DNR land, so rest assured you’re on your own private little world with your furry buddies. This is where I go to unwind and relieve my head of stress and worries. Forget about the gym, you'll get your exercise here with your dogs. Take advantage of nearly 2 acres of natural, wooded terrain with plenty of space to run, chase, and fetch. The Pacific Northwest Trail, a through-hike trail hundreds of miles long, runs directly through our property via the gravel road and allows you to go on hikes of virtually unlimited duration. Please note that the standing propane heater is NOT for Sniffspot users. Please also keep out of the tiny house - guests are NOT permitted to enter. Any usage or tampering with the heater or tiny house will result in a loss of future booking privileges. PLEASE do not allow your dog to play with the toys and tennis balls if they are known to destroy them. These are intended for the day camp dogs and I can't keep constantly replacing them out of pocket. The garbage can is to throw away poop only. Please also bring your own water. Please replace any toys that are destroyed by your dog.
