55This is by far the best sniffspot. Huge area. There are never people waking their dogs, no dogs barking, and the fencing is far better & safer than anywhere else in Sonoma. In addition, being able to park inside the field makes it much safer when you have dogs to unload. Lauren D.

You get to park inside the field and so don’t have to worry about off loading dogs right by a busy road. Fencing is safe. No neighbors ever walk by so it’s perfect for reactive dogs as there wont be people out walking with dogs right by the fence line. Also no barking dogs in the area. Large field and plenty of space. You get to park inside the field and so don’t have to worry about off loading dogs right by a busy road. Fencing is safe. 55Wow! What a treat Pepper Road Playpark is. Very easy instructions are sent upon booking that helped navigate the property. My Golden had the time of her life! We live in an apartment and dog parks are a bit too stimulating for my goofy girl so this is an absolute treasure. Wow! What a treat Pepper Road Playpark is. Very easy instructions are sent upon booking that helped navigate the property. My Golden had the time of her life! We live in an apartment and dog parks are a bit too stimulating for my goofy girl so this is an absolute treasure. 55My dogs loved coming to pepper road! They have a hose for you to use and lots of bowls as well. There are plenty of spaces for the humans to sit down and relax, too! We will be coming back again.Daniela G.

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers).
