Over the patio are Oak trees that offer shade and the occasional squirrel. Environment: there is road noise and an occasional person walking the road. While we are fully fenced, the escape artist could find an opportunity in the back and front left corners. Our neighbors have a quiet dog who is out for short periods around 3-5pm. There is a section of the yard with a sight buffer and distance from that fence line if you are able to redirect.

Thanks to all our guests who visited this winter, please check back in April! Hi! I'm Alyssa, a rescue dog owner with a ~1/3 acre yard perfect for your dog to enjoy! We have a mix of gardens, grass, mulch, and leaf areas great for sniffing and playing fetch and a bin full of fun toys and treats. We have a special basket of small dog toys upon request. We provide cold water for humans, bug spray, and hand sanitizer. We spray our yard every 5 weeks with a natural oil mix to help reduce mosquitos, fleas, and ticks. Reactive dog owners should note that our neighbors on both sides have dogs that may or may not be outside during your visit. They are all friendly but will probably bark to say hello or run the fenceline with your dog. (No dogs live in the yard with the chain link which is newly covered). I recommend leaving your dog on a leash to walk the yard perimeter and ensure they're ok with neighbors' dogs. We provide a bucket of extra treats to help with training and distraction. Our girl loves a "sniffari" where you hide treats around the yard to sniff out. ⭐️ Important notes ⭐️ 🐶 All dogs must be FULLY vaccinated (Rabies, Parvo, Bordetella, DHPP, Lepto encouraged) Please do not book unless you are sure your dog has all their shots. Puppies less than 4 months old that are still building up vaccines should stay at home. 🐕‍🦺 Dogs MUST be leashed when entering and exiting the yard. Our neighbor across the street has a few outdoor cats we want to keep safe and our neighbors walk their dogs on the street. 🍃 Please do not let your dog eat or chew any of the plants in the yard. No excessive digging. 🌻 Please do not enter the gated garden area on the other side of the house. My dog and I had a great time! The property is beautiful and the pathways were nicely mowed. In addition to the domesticated animals, we saw several deer and bunnies. It was nice to see a lot of milkweed and a few butterflies as well. This spot has a large fenced-in backyard to enjoy. We didn’t get to it on this visit because we were enjoying walking the paths… next time I’ll book for longer than an hour. I would definitely recommend visiting!

Such a nice place! A friend and I took three dogs. Perfect place to begin training mine off lead. Plenty of space to run and have the zoomies! They had plenty of poop bags plus a huge water bowl on the deck. We could hear their dogs inside in the house in the beginning, but it wasn’t a bother at all! They stopped barking shortly, and our dogs just ignored them. in area is surrounded by woods. Truly beautiful! Very peaceful. Our dogs should all sleep great this afternoon! We will definitely go back again.
