55ESCAPE ARTIST DOG OWNERS: this yard is legit. One of my dogs tears every fence, finds every low point, tries to fit though gaps in fences. She couldn’t find ONE place to weasel out. There is a small (tennis ball wide) gap in a wood gaye but that was it. Every low point had chicken wire. Every fence gate had wire over it. Their rolling gate goes between 2 stone columns and the fencing along the columns is securely anchored fencing. I was so confident in it that she didn’t need to use a long line for the first time ever. It was heartwarming to see her run as fast as those little legs could go. Fences are 6’ or taller. Covered patio was amazing. Yard was clean. Lots of fox tails (to be expected with a yard of this space in the “sticks” of San Diego). No dogs on any of the shared fences. One curious horse (but a big gap between the fence and his corral). That was it. I’m thrilled we finally found a yardJanine M.
