Welcome to Moo Moo Mesa! We are a 50-acre family owned/operated farm, with roughly 10 acres available for prime sniffs! The property: *Watch for Tractors* We are a working farm, and a tractor will come through 2-3/day to tend to the cows. Moo Moo Mesa is a unique farm space with a small pond/wetland area, butterfly way station, coniferous trees, farm field, and cows all connected by groomed trails! The trails are passable by foot or vehicle at all times, but not groomed on a regular schedule. The pond is mucky, but swimable for dogs so please use at your own discretion! Please respect marked boundary signs on trails. Cows: THE ELECTRIC FENCE IS HOT, THE GATES ARE NOT! Please feel free to walk up to the pasture gates anytime, the cows love visitors! They are very docile and curious, much like dogs. They are used to dogs being around, and are completely unbothered by four-legged friends saying hi 🥰

My name is Lindy and I was a dog mom of 2 beautiful Angels that are now together forever, they passed 2 years apart and with this most recent loss of my Great Dane I like a good reason to keep up with our yard for a dog still. Miller Road "Bark" Yard is close you you! To those who might not be up to that walk again. You feel your dog isn't getting to "run". I have approximately a quarter acre, fully fenced in, well maintained yard. I have a 12 lb. dog. I don't use fertilizer or pesticides in the yard as we feed the local the critters. Plenty of birds, squirrels to chase, occasional rabbit. Outdoor Water available. Digging area (10'x10', Sand) Padded seating is available as well as shade. Electricity Provided for charging phones, etc. I'm (negotiable) preferably same family. It's a great place to come chill. Ask about other amenities. Hi! We have two Australian Shepherds. An 8 year old blue merle (Elvira) and a 2 year old red merle (Roary). We are a huge dog loving family, and we'd love to welcome other floofs to our yard. ALL BREEDS WELCOME. 💕 We lived in an apartment for many years with our floofs, so we know how it is not to have your own yard for your fur kids. My husband and I both work in the medical field and would love to allow other dogs to use our space to run and play freely. The yard has privacy fencing all around, and chances are there will already be plenty of tennis balls and other toys around. FYI: we do live in a rural area, during hunting season you may hear gun shots in the distance. 🔥 propane heater now available for use in the fall and winter. The areas that backup to another yard are over 6ft tall. There is one strip of fence down the first base line that is about 3ft. All gates are closed and ready to entertain your dogs!

Enjoy a beautiful walk on a network of trails that traverse rolling hills in and out of the forest. At the back of the property, you will enjoy some of the best and most private scenery in Oakland County. As summer turns to fall there are a lot fewer bugs and beautiful color changes. Some trees are changing already. Please stay on the cleared paths on the West side and South portion of the property due to work being done on other sections. There are wooden arrow signs that help you navigate to the back of the property and back to the parking area. Thank you. (We are currently expanding and connecting the trails, as well as clearing the views to the lake and river, so watch for some nice additions in the future.)

The back property is L-shaped. The majority is open space so plenty of room for zoomies and catch. There is some bushes, wild areas, and trees to experience new smells, and play hide-n-seek. FYI - Bring water. The spigot was turned off for the season. Our requests: 1) Please do not park in the driveway. Street parking only. 2) Pick up your dog's 💩. Pooper scooper and small trash can is provided 🚮 3) No digging anywhere, even if it appears to be bare. 4) No smoking 🚭 Be sure to walk all the way to the back fence to see our Heritage Grandfather Oak (Tree) that's over 200 years old! This is a great spot for reactive dogs and non socials as I am situated on 5 acres and 2 of the acres are fully fenced for the SniffSpot. My neighbors are very spaced out as well, so u have a very quiet visit. Also a great spot for training ( we have added agility equipment, we have 2 huge tires and an A Frame ladder).
