55Huge field space for pups to run and play fetch plus side trails for hikes. The woods are not marked but it’s fairly clear the trails - do wear good shoes and pants as there’s plenty of thorny plants. My dog got all his zoomies out and snoozed soundly afterward! Jessica L.

55Beautiful quiet property! Loved the open fields, the woods, and the pond. We visited on a warm, very sunny weekend in Feb so almost no mud in the woods. The grassy fields were completely dry. My dogs loved it - running the entire time. Property was clean & appreciated that the open fields were not tall grass. We did see a group of 4 deer about 60 yards away, they ran when they heard us coming so my dogs didn’t notice. The driveway was as described. I’d definitely go back with my 2 dogs! Jennifer G.

55Loved this spot! Definitely will be back! Would love even a rough hand drawing of the lay of the land but as long as Michelle doesn’t have too strong of feelings about people wandering aimlessly, then that’s all fine by me! Kelly N.

55Gorgeous farm, our husky ran himself out within 30 minutes. He had a blast meeting horses nose to nose for the first time, and we (his owners) loved the chance to get outside in the woods and walk around the ponds. Will definitely come back!Madeline S.

55A really nice place, with woods and large fields for doggy to run. Need to leave a little earlier cause my boy was too excited and got muddy in the pond. Will definitely come back againReese C.

55This is by far the biggest Sniffspot we've been to, and possibly the biggest I've seen listed in the Maryland area. It also offers a wide variety of terrain to explore from wide open rolling fields to paths through a large wooded area to a pond to fenced fields. We booked two hours and even with only taking short breaks we didn't make it to all the areas. The seating area around the fire pit also is a nice rest option before getting back in the car; the rocking chairs there were a nice surprise as well. The maps in the listing photos were sufficient to navigate by, though I pointed out a couple things that could be clearer. Even with rain yesterday, by this afternoon there wasn't much wet/muddy ground to deal with. Although, for any dogs who could be reactive around farm animals, be mindful that it would be wise to have your dog(s) leashed around the chicken/pig enclosures (looked pretty secure) near the parking area and around the off-limits horse field near the entrance where we did see two horses (as of today at least that fencing would not have kept out a determined dog, which was also among my suggestions to the Host). Thankfully my dog listened well enough to give those areas a wide berth; she only barked at the horses from the car on the way out 😉. It was still winter enough today for the bugs to not be a problem yet, but for visits in warmer months I would definitely use both human and doggie bug spray (it does exist and seems to work pretty well for us). Overall a great experience and very economical for everything you get to explore 😊Angela S.

55This was the perfect morning getaway for our city pups to spend a few hours just being dogs. After some fetch in the beautiful (and MASSIVE) field, zoomies in the woods and through the creek, and lots of sniffing and exploring, they’re both very happy, very tired boys! This was our second visit to the farm, and we will certainly be back.Emma R.

55I didn't take too many photos our first couple times at this 'spot because the pups were having too much fun. I'm posting another review just to share how great this space is - GIANT field, spacious woods, and a clear stream that allows my water-obsessed pup to splash around safely. This has become our regular 'spot.Dani C.

55First of all, this spot is just great!! You couldn’t ask for a more well rounded spot to visit. I met the owner, Amanda, first because I was given a tour so I would know what’s what. My mom likes gardening, so we started at the greenhouse area that is up and coming. It will be a beautiful place to sit down and relax once the flowers are in. Amanda pointed out where the trails were and we were on our way. It’s 80 acres of goodness. There are closed fields that you could use, but my pupsters preferred the wide open space. Why limit them? Anyway, before you get to walk on the trails, you can meet Paulina, the potbelly pig, and see the ducks and the chickens. There’s a pond out back that’s a lovely walk. We came up a hill near the house and saw the flowering trees. We also walked the open field to the trails at the back. I went with my mom and it was 80 acres so I booked 2 hours. The dogs had an amazing time and slept well for the car ride back. I also purchased some eggs, so I’m looking forward to breakfast and baking a cake. Amanda is a gracious host. Don’t miss this spot!!!Nonie H.

FAQ about our Friendship dog fields
Are dog fields safe?
If you are looking for an adventure, but also looking for safety, Sniffspot dog fields are a great option. While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, distracted dog owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private space for just you and doggy friends you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). Especially for training, privacy is ideal. Contrary to public dog parks, all Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog for off leash exercise or outdoor training. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars, while public dog parks often do not even have verified reviews. All payment is done securely online by credit card in a few simple clicks.
How can I find dog fields in Friendship?
There are 46 dog fields in the Friendship area. The most popular dog field is The 80 acre wood. You can browse all of our dog fields here.
How do I know if a dog field works for my dog?
All park rental information is available online. Start by filtering parks by fencing, size and distractions, to find a private spot that works for your dog. If your dog has poor recall, you can visit one of our secure fields. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our dog fields where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can review the details of the listing to make sure it works as your desired activity space, for example, safe dog exercise, dog training, a stress-free adventure with your furry friend or even a puppy event. You can even check the park amenities chart for amenities such as indoor training facilities, agility field, synthetic turf, exercise balls or field parking availability in advance. If inclement weather is an issue or poor field conditions, you can reschedule your visit up to 2 hours in advance.
What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot dog field?
We require that all four-legged friends have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Make sure to check host rules before visiting to ensure, for instance, that you are following allowable sports activities rules and any special events rules.
Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot field at the same time as me?
No. Facility rentals are for private play time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the area during visits, so this is perfect for a private adventure for you and your doggie friends, and perhaps a human friend. Hosts understand that many guests have dogs in training and are nervous owners. So when you book a Sniffspot dog field you have the entire private spot to yourself. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between time slots so you will not run into other guest dogs or a previous person when coming or leaving in the field parking area. Some hosts may have multiple fields, but there is always a buffer between fields.
How much do Sniffspot fields cost?
Dog fields in the Friendship area range from $11.0 and $11.0. The least expensive dog field is The 80 acre wood. The most expensive dog field is The 80 acre wood. Each host sets their own price, so you can check the price on the specific Sniffspot dog park listing.
