My pup and I love this place! Relaxing patio in the shade to hang out and sip Starbucks while your pup plays. Michael makes sure there will be ice water for your dog which is seriously so nice! He was away on a trip during our booking and his brother who was house sitting is just as accommodating and nice! Overall would recommend this spot to anyone needing a place to hang out away from dog parks.

This is a great place to bring pups to run their energy off. The fence is solid wood and high, with plenty of room to explore. The host is super friendly and helpful, and he left out water for our dogs. We will be booking here again!

We booked this sniff spot less than 24hrs in advanced for an early Saturday morning visit. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find that there was a little welcome sign on Mike's property that indicated where we should let ourselves in. The yard was securely fenced in and provided a shaded patio area for both dogs & humans. There was a great patio table & chairs (we brought out morning coffee to enjoy while the boys played). There were dog toys, balls & water provided for the pups (Mike even put ice cubes in the water dish to make sure the water was cold when we arrived- thank you!). We did bring our own toys & water dishes as well. There was a hose outside so you could refill the water dish if you choose/forget to bring your own water. We booked the location for an hour and our pups were pleasantly exhausted. Upon leaving we got to meet Mike - he was extremely kind & a very gracious host. Thank you for sharing your yard with us, we will be back next weekend!

This was perfect for my pup! Completely fenced and plenty of space to run. A few toys were provided plus ice water. We will definitely be back!

Excellent spot and excellent host. The back yard was quite spacious with plenty of room for my dog to run around and chase a flirt pole. The host was very welcoming and provided a water bowl. Convenient access to the yard with plenty of parking on the street. Highly recommend.

Our dogs enjoyed their time in the yard. The splash pad is a really great idea! Sadly my dogs didn’t know how to use it so they didn’t really touch it but still a great idea for dogs who love water! Only thing that made it a little difficult is there is one spot where my dogs can get out so I had to sit on the stairs and block it. But other than that honestly it was a great time and if owner allows we would love to come back. She also has snacks, water, a dog wash station, toys and dog treats which is really awesome! I highly recommended their yard for your dogs!

This is a great little spot and the host has thought of everything! My dog loved the splash pad and playing fetch in the yard. As a warning, there are a lot of barking dogs on both sides of the yard so if your dog has any barrier aggression or reactivity it may not be the best place. If they can ignore that, then it’s wonderful.

This is our new go-to spot! My son and dogs just loved it. The snacks were an added bonus. And I love that I can bathe my dogs here too which is a service I need desperately not having a yard of my own! We’ll be back soon!

One of the nicest sniff spots I’ve been to. Super clean & thoughtful space. Our doggo enjoyed the splash pad & toys. We didn’t use the shampoo for dog bath, but love that it was an option! Some things to keep in mind — neighboring dogs in the area can look down in the yard & see you & they do bark. However your dog wouldn’t be able to see them. Our dog ignored them, but if you have a highly reactive dog…it might disrupt their play time. If your dog is not good at listening & likes to climb…they may be able to get out if they climb the very narrow stairs in the back corner of the yard…again our dog was fine and stuck mostly to the play area & had a blast! We will be back!

This is a neat yard! Friendly hosts thought of everything. Great lounge area for the humans with a misting fan as well. My dog doesn't do well in the sun so she wasn't able to enjoy the splash pad but on a cooler day she would, and the covered concrete patio was enough to play on & stay cool. As the listing mentions, there's a gap in the brick wall at the top of the yard (seen in the top center of my photo) & the wall is low so would be an easy jump if your dog doesn't understand boundaries. The gap could easily be remedied by leaning a small gate or piece of fencing across when not in use.

We had such a nice time here! The backyard was well taken care of. So nice to have a basket of things to use like sunscreen and a tennis ball. Water dishes and a hose were great for cool off and the directions and parking were very clear!

Great sniff spot! Puppy’s favorite thing wasn’t even the splash pad but instead running up and down the hill. Great amenities and awesome lounge area, as description says this isn’t fully fenced so be aware of that.

This place is great! It had exactly what each of my dogs wanted: water for my old girl, and space to play fetch with my younger guy. They absolutely loved it! Easy to find and access.

My dog had a lot of fun. Very clean yard, all the amenities the host provides are awesome. The yard is very comfortable and inviting for both pets and people. I would definitely recommend this spot. My only draw back was space, I have a German Shepherd that needs long distance free range runs. The yard was big enough to get some ball toss ins but she was unable to get full runs in. But other then that it was a great spot!!

Stephen was a very gracious host. Greeted us out front and showed us in. Even stayed a bit to throw the ball around with us. My girl loved sniffing around the yard. 2 sides of the yard is covered by 6ft wooden fence. The back of the yard is a chain link fence, but nobody appeared in the adjacent property.
