The entire property is 10 acres that has a quiet, country feel- limited road noise, a few neighbors and plenty of privacy. The dog play area is a 70’x120’ sand arena that is 5’ tall and fully fenced in. There is a basket of assorted dog toys for you to use as well and a water trough for your doggy friends to jump in.

A beautiful country setting in the heart of the city. Willow Kane Farm offers 1/2 acre of fenced fun for your dogs. Included in our rate is a practice agility course *DOES NOT INCLUDE A FULL A-FRAME OR CATWALK, a dig pit, a variety of toys and plenty of shaded seating for the humans. For your convenience we have a poop control center, first aid kits (human and canine) and we sanitize and clean our toys, and water dish multiple times a week. * Please note, this is a small working farm. You are likely to see us out doing chores, sometimes with farm equipment. There are neighbors who have dogs, donkeys and kids that can all be heard and often seen. We board and train dogs, some are vocal. We also have several dogs and they sometimes bark. We are a busy Sniffspot and do have some guests with dogs that dig holes, including under the fence line. We do our best to fill them, however, we always have dogs that dig so it is a constant repair. We provide this space for dogs to do dog things and have fun doing it! UPDATE NOV 2024: We are gearing up for a kitchen remodel and landscape makeover! It is very exciting, but unfortunately it means we will have to close down our SniffSpot for a little while. Here you will find a large grassy area for the pups as well as a covered patio with chairs and a ceiling fan for the humans. The house is in a great neighborhood and backs up to the school yard of Charles Peck Elementary. Generally things are quiet here, but you may hear the occasional dog barking, kid playing, or school bell. If there's a spot open in our driveway, feel free to take it, otherwise you can park on the street in front of our house. Enter through the gate on the right-hand side of the house (pull the string to undo the latch). Help yourselves to our hoses/spigots, basket of toys, pooper scooper, and any ripe fruit off our trees! Note: The yard is not perfect with some patchy spots and lumps/bumps throughout. We recently moved here and are continually working on yard improvements. No public access is granted there. I live in a tiny home on the property but am gone a lot for work. Would be nice if others could use the land while I’m not there. I love bringing foster dogs to the property to run around and hang out for a bit. There is a chain link fence and one of my neighbors has a sweet outdoor dog that enjoys company so just FYI.

Time for rain boots! Stream goes through the middle of the spot and it gets muddy so wear your rain boots! Wide open pasture, fully fenced in. There's only one spot with irrigation so it gets dry, crackling, and some parts down to dirt in the summer. We do have an area that is grass for the dogs to roll around in. In the winter there can be a stream of water going through the middle of the pasture after rain. We have a Big water dish for dogs. Small pool for dogs to play in. Have toys and treats for the pups. Have friends with dogs?! Bring them all and come make a day of it! Feel free to bring a bbq, stereo, or games. Plenty of room for both the pups and the people to hang out and have a good time! We now have a porta potty for guests!! There are sheep in adjacent pasture certain times of the year but there is a 50+ foot buffer zone fenced off to keep sheep away from the fence.

We have a very large backyard we would like to share with other pups and their owners. We know that it can be hard to find a safe place for your dogs to play, so we decided to share our yard. Fully fenced, two seating areas (one covered and one uncovered), access to the water hose, and kiddie pool that can be filled with water. We have tennis balls, a hearding ball as well as a tetherball. Yard is shady in most areas and there is a cute swing attached to our tree where you can relax and play with your pets.

Large fenced yard with wood chip mulch and many plants in the backyard, and prairie meadow restoration in front yard. Small dogs on both sides at neighbors. Plenty of chairs and places to sit, two umbrellas for shade and shade sails, two picnic tables with chairs, and a hammock for human use. Beautiful string lights for use at night light up yard very nicely, framing a fire pit. Landscaping and raised garden beds throughout back yard. Pooper scooper available for use. Summer home, some ain't. Get it? Well, your dog gets my jokes. I have no dog of my own now but for an hour it will be nice. Dogs love to run up that rock wall and be 12 feet above you and patrol the fence. Birds will taunt them from the sky in that never-ending war and dogs are going to beg forgiveness rather than ask permission to jump in the pool but that is to be expected. The front is not fenced in but there is a lead adjusted to a few feet before the sidewalk.
