The dogs had a fantastic time exploring. This was as described, there were plenty of toys and access to water, and trash available right across the street. The dogs enjoyed the chickens in their secured coop. Would definitely rent again, and recommend to anyone looking for an off leash place to roam.

This was a great spot for our dog to run around — a clean, fully-fenced yard on a pleasant wooded lot. When our dog wasn’t running, he enjoyed visiting the chicken coop and exploring. We will visit again.

This was an amazing spot. I think I loved it just as much as my pup. The only negative is that the mosquitos were out and I didn’t think to bring bug spray. The yard was very clean, big, and super nice. The fence was very cute, secure, and had no holes. My pup who has only known the city and urban dog parks was very intrigued by the chickens and couldn’t make up her mind if she wanted to fixate on the chickens, chase after the birds landing in the yard, or run after the plethora of tennis balls around her. The chickens were completely secured and were very tolerable to my reactive dog. We will definitely be returning!

"Paradise" is right! There's something for every dog here: woods, hurdles, chickens, and plenty of wide open space. The chickens were very quiet and calm, so they were not as distracting for my dogs as I had feared; my two pit mixes barely noticed them. What a perfect gem; we will definitely be back for more zoomies and woodland exploration! Thanks, Pepper!!

I had a great playdate with my pal Koda here today. We raced and chased all over! I like exploring along the fence and watching anything that passes by. I am also fascinated by the chickens, but my Mom tries to keep me from bothering them. It has been almost a year since I got to come visit and I hope I don't need to wait as long to come back again! Wonderful fenced yard with wooded and open areas! Had lots of balls out for our pups to play with along with water bowl! Our dogs loved the chickens and would check in on them periodically before chasing each around! We will definitely be back!

My friend Nori and I had a blast coming to visit our chicken friends at Pepper'a again! We love to chase and there is plenty of space here to do that. There are a few cool places to hide from our mom's as we explore too so we can get treats when we come to them when they call us! Today there wasn't too much snow, but we raced around a lot and even dug a little in the sandbox. I tried to bury Nori's frisbee. 🤭 They always have lots of fun toys out for us to play with and they were so nice to let us know they were out of town this time so we could bring our own water. I look forward to every visit!

Nice yard for dogs to run around in - different elevations and spots to explore. Chainlink fence nice for new dogs to meet each other before being put together. Extra measures to secure the gate area was appreciated.
