The yard is professionally maintained weekly, ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for every visit. *Please note - photos are outdated and currently the area is lush and green, with bark mulch laid down over private lane. New photos coming soon! Hello! We own an easement between 2 dead end roads. It’s very spacious with room to run and lots of interesting spots to explore. There is a seasonal “stream” which is a small drainage ditch. Exercise caution with small dogs due to a culvert pipe which is exposed during dry weather. There are a few neighbors who use this area to walk or ride bikes home, so it’s not entirely private. Chickens, ducks, cats, and (likely) barking dogs are visible from the area. No through traffic but occasional driveway use may happen during your stay.
