This was our first sniffspot and it was absolutely stunning! Very well maintained, large fenced-in area for my dog to run around in - is exactly as advertised and more; highly recommend, we had so much fun and the host is super friendly.

We had another great visit! The grass in the big field was freshly mowed and my dog loved running and jumping over the grass. Fresh bowl of water, poop bags, two chairs, and a small table were all prepared. Great communication from Joe. Just note that we did see a coyote at the beginning of our visit which did not appear again later. It tried to lure my dog to chase him towards the back fence, but when I noticed and went towards its direction it ran away and didn’t come back. Joe has let me know that coyotes are not common in the area and only show up once in a while.

This place was absolutely perfect for me and my big boy Tyson! After booking, I was able to reach out to Joe and ask questions, which he answered promptly before our visit. Upon arrival, we were greeted by his sweet mom who then led us to the back area. This place was open, massive, and entirely fenced. My dog had the best time exploring the open field while doing some training with me. It was a hot day and it was really nice to have a shaded, sheltered spot for him to drink and relax also. Will be one of our go to spots for sure in the future! If your dog is into fetch, this is your place… chuckit launchers get ready!

This was our first sniffspot experience, and we enjoyed it. Joe was very responsobe and helpful before I arrived, and his dad was very friendly and showed me how to get around the property to the yard. There was a small dog pool and a water bowl, and a place to sit in the shade. Hope to visit again soon!

One of the cleanest and nicest sniffspots that we have been to! The fencing is fantastic and very well done for a large property. The owner greeted us when we arrived and also came out when we were leaving. They provided fresh water and poop bags. My dog Movado loved it and we will definitely be coming back!! My sister and her dog are also interested in coming. Highly recommend!!!

Great space! Super big, super clean. The gates have chicken wire at the bottom so dogs can’t crawl through (which I didn’t see in the photos). We could see horses from one spot in a corner, but other than that no wildlife and they were at a pretty far distance. It’s out in the country so there’s no chance of other dogs/cars/people accidentally wandering by. Brought a dog I was dogsitting, will definitely be back with my own pups :)

Beautiful views and a great spot for my collie and sheltie to run and play The host provided fresh water and muskoka chairs and it was nice on a hot day to sit in the shade and enjoy the views

Had the most amazing time at Joe’s Sniffspot. Joe was extremely accommodating and adaptive with me and the booking. Met his wonderful father, George, upon arrival, who showed me to the backyard and was so great with my dog. The sniffspot is fully fenced including the gate, very safe and offers peace of mind. The views are outstanding. There is a doggy pool, hose, and fresh, clean water out. Also features a shady/covered area and chairs. Great to walk the field and play fetch. Very well groomed trails. Will definitely be back whenever I’m around the area. Thanks so much!

Words cannot describe how amazing this Sniffspot and entire experience has been today! Vitaliy is such a gracious host and completely went above and beyond to ensure we all had a great visit today! Even Duke loves him - which is really saying a lot because he's usually very weary of strangers (especially men)! The space is extremely well maintained and there is plenty of signage to guide you through, which is super helpful. If you're able, request the drone! You WILL NOT regret it! I cannot wait to see the final video Vitaliy puts together for us 🤩 All in all, this is the perfect dog haven and we cannot wait to visit again (especially with the future upgrades Vitaliy has in store for us all)!!

This was our third visit and we had the most amazing time! There were new signs up and also barriers from entering the restricted areas. The new signs led me to fields that we never been to before! There was even a small agility section added, new chairs to sit on, and an umbrella shade by the water! A tremendous amount of work goes into maintaining this property and it does not go unnoticed! The host is so kind, generous, respectful, and has a true love for dogs!

Truly a beautiful place. Absolute freedom for your furry friends and the kindest host you could ask for. Vitaliy was so welcoming and made our stay so special. I brought my doggy here for a perfect last day before he crossed the rainbow bridge, and this place was a dream come true. My only regret is not discovering this haven sooner.

We decided to stop by this Sniffspot during our Toronto trip. I can say this is well worth the drive from Toronto. We were kindly greeted by Vitaliy when we arrived. His Sniffspot offers an amazing experience to all dogs, especially those who are reactive. Our dog Leo was able to fully enjoy himself on his large property. Leo had a great time running free and especially enjoyed climbing the sand hills. This Sniffspot is serene and truly a dog’s paradise. At the end of our visit, Vitaliy kindly offered us the water hose to wash down our dog. This is by far the best Sniffspot experience we have had and I would highly recommend it.
